This company was wonderful to work with, and we are thrilled with the end result. The price was very good too. It's family owned and run, and their commitment to quality really comes through. I watched the guys working (because of where the wall was and where our windows are, we could see everything they were doing) and saw how carefully and diligently they worked. We had a long cinderblock retaining wall that we wanted to have stuccoed for aesthetic reasons. I was shocked at how much better it looks considering the investment. I'm kicking myself that I didn't do this years ago. Because it says "serving the Hayward area" on Yelp, I was hesitant to call them for my home in Lafayette, but they didn't have any problem working for us, and in fact we're doing a bigger job for someone down the street when we called. I just wanted to add another review for this company. They stuccoed my house approximately a year ago and did a wonderful job but I had to call him back because where my electrical panel is was a weird kinda build out that they had to work with and made it look so nice but noticed at the bottom edge there was a gap and I got a rat that was coming inside my panel wall. I called Alejandro and told him could he please send someone to stucco the gap? He had his guy out the next day to assess the issue. He ordered the wire and sent a couple guys out a couple days later and they worked all day to fix the issue at no charge because it was something they should of done but I was so grateful that he one even answered my call and two fixed the issue immediately. He even came by on Saturday a week after just to double check and make sure everything was right. That's what I call 5 star customer service. I recently had the door and window that face and provide access to my backyard completely demolished to make way for a new 8-foot sliding door and picture windows on each side. My husband and dad handled all the demo and installation, but we needed the stucco repaired on the exterior. We contacted Alejandro Morales for a quote on stucco repair, and he came by the same day to provide a quote. He took a look at the work that we did, and he did suggested we install a new header over the new slider, which we agreed, as the house was old and the existing header was sagging over the new slider. Additionally, we were also quoted for the interior drywall + texture, and trim around the new door and windows. He called the following evening with the quote, and the price was right! Alejandro's team arrived a few days later to start the work. After a few visits by his team to take care of the various items (header replacement, stucco prep, drywall + texture, stucco, and trim), they completed everything in less than one week of starting the project! I was very impressed with how quickly each items was done. His stucco guys did a great job with prepping and adding the appropriate flashing and weatherproofing around the new windows and door. They also patched some existing penetrations and repaired our access hatch to the crawl space and to our gas meter. We just purchased a beautiful Mediterranean style home, where a previous owner partially closed up a long door bell chime nook in the entry hallway to create an "art box". It would have been nice but for the fact that you could see the seams of the much larger original door bell nook, which was unevenly patched on a stucco wall. I wanted the "art box" and seams gone! Mr. Morales and I talked through the project by telephone and he was able to come right away to look in-person. He gave me very solid advice about why painted stucco may not be a 100% match unless the whole wall was redone. However, he promised to do his very best and steered me toward reinforcing and closing the smaller cutout section of the wall first and to let them do their best to integrate the seams into the larger wall. He was right! I have a very nicely done wall for half the cost of what I was inclined to have him do. Finally, I want to say that both Mr. Morales and his worker (also named Alejandro) were SUPER nice and professional. Second, those who were ignored after setting up an appointment. One star consistently. Unfortunately for me, I'm in the second bucket. It's hit or miss. I set up an appointment a week ago with them following their instructions (by text). Got day and time confirmed. They almost changed the time of the appointment unilaterally the day before, but re-confirmed the original time (all by themselves, I simply acknowledged their messages). Finally, the day they were supposed to come they did not show up. No explanations, no apologies. Probably great professionals or plastering, but messy organization. He even offered to paint it if I had extra paint lying around but I didn't have any paint.
