They make customers wait 60-90 minutes and then falsely claim the driver was there and left. Your scheduled pickup time means absolutely nothing to them. They batch rides, so if another pickup is two hours out, you'll wait that long. If it's sooner, great - but it's all luck. Horrible service, no professionalism whatsoever.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
