It was pretty decent. Not especially memorable, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. The inside was a little smoky from the fryer or grill top, so we decided to sit outside. Even though it was warm, it turned out to be a pretty decent day for it. The staff was friendly, including to our dog, which is always a plus. Overall, it was cheap, filling, and perfectly fine for what it is. We would go back. Also, we didn't even ask for extra fries, but the waitress brought us extra fries because she thought there was not enough served with our burger! To those about to nosh, we salute you.

But when an order is called in and it is plainly stated what is wanted and that the person would order something else if said item is unavailable to be tossed in the sauce and the person is reassured they have it then you expect it to be right. Tonight we had inedible fries, 3 half filled ranch cups to split between all 3 orders of fries, an appetizer of fried pickles, potato wedges, an 6 pc chicken tenders and it was reiterated that both orders needed extra ranch. The chicken was not tossed in the sauce and the sauce wasn't even provided for the chicken tenders. It's all pulled into one plate with no dividers so everything you order gets coated in whatever sides you ordered. The last few times we said we wouldn't order again but we really wanted things to be better because we used to really love it here. Out of the 5 people eating tonight nobody was satisfied and we are at work so we just have to deal with it. Truly disappointed that I have to even leave this review, but the last few times we tried to have things addressed it was met with little concern and/or "oh I'm sorry" but then repeating the same issue again. Let me edit to give credit where credit is due: Went back for correction on one of the plates and they remade it with no issues about it. I still stand by my 1 star just because this has became a consistent issue and the cost of gas running back and forth adds up. We hope maybe in the future if we give it another go then our score can increase and things will be better. We do understand being busy and things being overwhelming but if it is consistently too overwhelming to maintain quality then there may need to be adjustments made somewhere. If you do order just be sure to make sure everything is correct before you leave the best you can. Maybe even just add it to the sauce mixes on the table, so folks can doctor their dishes if desired? Why a photo of the silverware you ask? I was so happy to get real silverware and heavy, substantial pieces! It elevates my experience, just me maybe. As I was grabbing a few more photos of the bistro I noticed a nice bourbon selection, and being a bourbon aficionado I had to get closer. I had a nice chat with the owner, who explained a special weekly event he does for folks to try some premium grade liquors at cost and even went on to explain that he makes most of his infusions and mixes in house. Big points for that. I only wish we didn't live over an hour away, but maybe we can get back for some cocktail events at some point. I would/will definitely return and try some other menu items.
