This place has horrible customer service. My mother and I visited the store in search of a Murphy/panel bed to put in my guest room for my mother. Rachel greeted us and gave us the whole sales pitch, which seemed very good. We scheduled to have her come out to the house to measure the room, which she did a week later. When leaving that appointment she told my mom she would get the design to her "within a couple days". Well it's been 2 weeks and we've received nothing!! The worst part is my mother has called and emailed several times and Rachel has not responded to any form of communication. I finally called and told the person that answered to have Rachel call me back, which she did, probably because she didn't remember who I was. I asked her what was going on with my mom's design and why has she not been responding to my mom. She LIED and said that she had emailed it and must have put the email in wrong, I gave her my email and asked her to forward it to me. She took down my email, even read it back to me correctly and then said she would send it shortly. We have still received NOTHING!
I can't understand why she would choose not to email us the design when my mother is really serious about buying this expensive bed. Just weird. All while my mom is sleeping on a mattress on the floor because we didn't want to buy another bed just for the couple weeks before the Murphy bed could be installed. So now we have to start all over with another company.
