Super cute, super cool bookstore jam-packed with a wonderfully varied and random selection of books. Homemade signs denoting the genre of each section and very friendly staff. My friend and I sat here for a while, turning this into our own personal library where she brushed up on communist theory while I "read" books with lots of pictures and small words. They won't have the newest books but they do have a ton of bargains and quirky reads. The dude behind the counter gave us both 20% off coupons for when we come back so if I buy one of their $1 books, that's 20 cents...score!

Dollar Days! When (almost) everything goes for a dollar!

More Than Words never disappoints! First: You can feel great knowing that every dollar you spend is supporting youth employment and training. Second: Given its eclectic collection of trade fiction, classics, cookbooks, and nonfiction, you're sure to find something (or a lot of things!) to carry home for under $5. Sign up for their newsletter or check the web for their Dollar Days, when most everything in the store goes for a mere dollar, including hard covers!

Full of inexpensive but useful books! Basically anything you could ask for or want!

Really cute bookstore. Prices are pretty reasonable. I enjoy getting a hot drink at the cafe and just browsing.

Love the mission, the space and the staff. I wish I lived closer to stop in more often. Parking on street was not a big deal.

Blue Bunny Books is easily one of my favorite locations to walk to and hang out. During my…read morepregnancy, I have found myself walking into town just to be able to sit and do some work while sipping on a yummy drink. Their cafe isn't just creative, it's extensive! They really have something for everyone here. My boyfriend, who is more of a tea than a coffee person, hasn't found any complaints when trying their drinks (and he may be as much of a drink critic as I am). If you have kids, Blue Bunny also does creative and fun events to engage and involve your little ones in some much-needed book-themed fun. With our family expecting our first baby, we're beyond thrilled to bring her over to Blue Bunny's events, no matter how old she is. Blue Bunny is such a staple to the Dedham community, and I will always enjoy going back for some yummy coffees and good books.

My son and I grabbed some drinks from the cafe and they were delicious, then as we waited browsed their selection. There are more children's books overall but they do carry toys, trinkets, cards, crafts, historical books and more. The woman working the front was super sweet and the lady behind the cafe counter was too, their service was welcoming. As far as value I'd rather support local than the big store. Their prices are the norm but yes you can find majority of these books at big retailers for less. They both also gave a military discount even though I don't believe that is the norm for them but much appreciated. Overall great experience.

It's always been super-easy to update my subscription and I love discovering all the pop culture gems when I visit: used records, CDs, DVDs, Disneyana, games, toys, and of course comic books! All at reasonable prices. I love the bins of action figures; you never know who you'll find! Free handicapped parking can be found in the metered lot behind the shop on Chestnut Street. There are also several handicapped spots on Moody Street. Shop is handicapped accessible, though it is a pinch cramped in the back. I've been able to maneuver with a rollator and cane. If you need help navigating or reaching anything, the owner is happy to help.

As a Disney nerd I was very excited to scan their vast amount of Disney collectibles. Statues, pins, books, comics, stuffed animals, die cast cars, you name it they have it. As soon as you walk in you can smell the paper, books and comics from wall to wall. The gentleman that works there was extremely nice and helpful with trying to find certain comics my oldest was looking for. It definitely let me walk down memory lane with some of the old comics they have available. The pricing is reasonable too, if I didn't budge well I'd leave that store with empty pockets but with a treasure trove of goodies.
