He made small talk on the short 5 minute drive. When needing a ride back to our hotel we did wait a little longer this time but still reasonable and picked up by the same gentleman. Sure enough on the 2 or 3 mile drive back we encountered 3 tribal police vehicles. Use this service it's not worth the risk and for $20 it's well worth it.

After seeing "no cars available" we panicked, and was referred to Lucky 777 Cab. They were exceptionally kind and understanding and made the ride happen! He calculated the cost, took down my credit card information, and texted a receipt assuring we would make our flight on time. I preferred this as a few others we called were very shady and were quoting nearly double the cost in cash only. While some may not prefer giving a credit card over the phone, it was reassuring that his driver would actually be here. That being said, we were greeted by the nicest driver (cannot remember his name), and provided a safe and comfortable drive to the airport. Firstly, Road Runner and 4 Aces cab company work under the same dispatch so they had us communicating with both which was very confusing. I would never recommend either after our horrific experience last weekend. At our initial pickup the driver was over 20 minutes late and we missed our dinner reservation. He also didn't have a car that suited our party. He subbed out a van that did not fit all five of us with seatbelts. And when we expressed our concern to the driver himself, he laughed and said good luck getting an Uber. We had had some wine at dinner otherwise we would have driven ourselves. After dinner at our second pickup they instead sent two cars but one of the drivers was completely unsafe speeding and smelled of alcohol. We called and asked for another driver for our final destination which they could not provide so we had to find additional transportation that cost us an added out of pocket expense. This is not a dependable or safe service. I would never use again.

So I tried again and again and I tried Lyft several times. All with the same results, no one is available. So I took a chance and called Brawley Taxi. The driver, Maximo, showed up in less than 5 minutes and cheerfully took me to my destination. He was talkative when I wanted to talk, and was quiet when I didn't want to talk. He was courteous to other drivers. And even without a GPS in his car, he was able to find a quicker way to my destination. And in the end, the fair was cheaper than either Uber or Lyft. Brawley Taxi doesn't have a website, or a phone app, or even fancy taxi's. But they get the job done quickly and economically. I would recommend.

The new owner Southwest is OK, but their charges are about 25% higher than another less expensive ride service company (taxi service) in Yuma that has been purchased by a new owner 2 years ago called A#1-2&3 Taxi service, which is now owned by Brian and his wife who rides with Brian everyday. Brian is a polite, older mature gentleman who treats everyone courteously. I do not know Brian's last name because I just met him a few months ago. I am retired and needed weekly ride service (taxi) for yuma city transportation to appointments and weekly shopping. Brian and his wife always arrive on time to pick me up and take me safely and calmly to my destinations. The best part is Brian's charges are always about 20% to 45% less expensive as the other ride services (taxis) in Yuma. Brian has saved me about $65.00 to $70.00 since I started using his ride services since the beginning of 2023. I like that.

The best part of his service is the lowest price in all of Yuma. I've done a lot of research on which ride service is the least expensive, and it always comes up with A#1-2&3 as the lowest price.
