We both got one of the seasonal caramel drinks (old man Marley?). I got the hot and she got the cold. The hot was decent, no real complaint but I'd go elsewhere honestly. My wife got the cold version and something about it was off, especially towards the bottom it had like a bologna or something taste. She told me to taste it without telling me what she thought but we both came to the same conclusion. No clue what it could've been but it was awful. Personally I'd go to a big brand store over this one again. Inside was pretty tight too, especially for those in a wheelchair or have a stroller.

David Tuttle opened Richard's Fine Coffee's on June 11, 1996. Upon realizing that there were no independent coffee house in Winter Haven, he wanted to bring residents and visitors a new coffee drinking experience. Richard's originally operated out of the Arcade Building before moving to the new Winter Haven Public Library when it opened its new building in 2005. In the ensuing years Richard's Fine Coffee's has become a cornerstone to the revitalization of downtown. One of the keys to Richard's longevity has been providing a place where people can meet, relax, and enjoy delicious coffee and bites. On the first Friday of every month they have a live music event. They serve a daily breakfast and lunch menu that includes hot and cold coffee drinks, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, hot and cold sandwiches, salads, soup, and pastries. We went in and inquired about high tea but was told that they aren't sure when they'll have just yet and to check back on the website. They also didn't have tea to go.
