Moretti apartments are okay in terms of dwelling space, cheaply built however and layouts that don't maximize on space, fairly dark inside, with poor lighting.
The way they bill for water and sewer services is socialistic in terms of dividing the bill amongst all tenants based on occupancy and square footage. So essentially if your neighbor takes 4 showers a day, is home all day using water and sewer, and you are conservative in water and sewer use, or travel frequently, you will be paying a percentage of their usage.
Their business practices are also very unfriendly for tenants, as an example, when I stated I was the only occupant (with proof) of my unit, they still count the other individual on the lease as an added user of said services (water and sewer). In order to remove the tenant from the lease, and add them back (say a roommate), you have to pay application fees AGAIN, for that person and REQUALIFY YOURSELF ON THE LEASE - so you, as an occupant of the apartment, have to start all over and pay the fees a second time. This is absurd!
As Sarah P. says, the staff is slow to respond to questions, communication is challenging, and they will leave out details like what I state above, when you sign your lease.
Also, do NOT rent an apartment facing the animal clinic if you value peace and quiet. The incessant barking is annoying, and there is nothing to be done about it.
Another tip, watch dog walking at night. Many owners let their dogs off leash, and their is dog poop in all of the grassy areas. Many owners do not clean up after their pets and management does not enforce the rules.
The gym is good, but there is equipment that has been without repair for over three months.
