I had a car wreck in june 18,2018. The person that hit me backed out in front of me. I just got my car in march of this year and june my whole life changed. A police report was filed he the person that hit my car stated that he did cause the accident, but to make a long story short he told his insurance a different story so that they would not pay for my car. I then called morgan and morgan and my attorney was Mrs Pearl Cummings. Mrs cummings is truly a gift from God. When I told her what had happened she also said that's not right why was I being faulted for 100% at fault (why he was not faulted as well). She went over and beyond for me she kept me informed on everything. Keep in mind that they had closed the case after they faulted me I was so upset but once I contacted mrs cummings she then called them to see why I was 100% at fault they then re opened the case and did some investigation on it. Couple of weeks later they informed mrs cummings that I was still at fault they then close the case again and I begin to just let everything go and fix my car on my own with time. I say three week after that the insurance company opened the case back up(which I didn't know) Mrs Cummings called me like 4 times that day and left me a voice mail stating that the insurance company faulted there insure of 60% at fault and me 40% and was willing to pay something on my medical bills, I just broke down in tears because I was so happy that I had mrs cummings to fight for me. This was my very first accident since I have been on this earth, in 32 years I had my first car accident.
