I was just told by Mfr they are sending me a new "remote", it will take 10 to 12 business days to receive it. This is the LAST item I will ever buy anything from that store. They are not out to rip you off and they want to make sure you are satisfied. Yes, there is a $75 trip charge but that is standard for almost every profession now. I called a plumber last week who charged $125 just to tell me that he couldn't repair the problem. We have had some problems in the past with the used appliances they repair at the shop. So it is hit or miss when they sell you something. Warranty is 90 days. I don't like the paint they use on some of the appliances. They spray paint almond colors with white and after a year the white is peeling off.
