It was serviced at two other truck centers in So. Colorado without success. The service manager Shane Trout took a personal interest in finding the problem. His mechanic Jim also took it very seriously and I know they both spent a lot of time (even in their off work hours) thinking through the problem. Shane welcomed me to stay in my Rv in their repair lot for well over a week. They found that the surge tank flange was damaged keeping the system from maintaining a seal. They did the repair and I was on my way. A big thank you to Shane and his entire staff.

I also grabbed a grounding cable to replace the corroded mess that has been hanging off my negative battery terminal the past few years. It's been about three weeks since I put my shiny new starter in, along with a fresh grounding cable, and every time I turn my key in the ignition I smile.

I spent $3,000 at other local Pueblo car dealership for multiple issues and I was finally referred to T's by a family member and I spent less than $700 and my car was fixed. My car is old so it runs into problems often and T's is the ONLY place in Pueblo that will fix it for a VERY good price and will have it done so quickly. Each time my car has never taken more than 2-3 days MAX! They ALWAYS call and approve w me before they do any work on the car about price and parts even if something comes up, they will call. Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a shop in Pueblo that you can trust--I highly recommend Nordics.

Sam's is the absolute least expensive in town, but of course you have to have a Sam's card to get the pump to work, but you do not need a card at Wallmart. Also they have the least expensive large fountain drinks in town. Something like .89 cents. They employees are all ok. It's usually pretty busy inside the little store, so the employees rarely have much time to talk and get to know you. Can't fault them for that.

Should be a 2hr 2 1/2 hr job at the most. Call ya when she's ready!" Alright alright! 1:45pm rolls around and still no phone call... Husband calls "hey there, Just checking on the status of my hitch."........." uuuuh...Sorry sir but we haven't gotten to it yet..." SAY WHAT!? "Well, we didn't think you would have the right parts so we sent both or techs to grand junction today" Dave explains to them this is unacceptable, and he needed this done TODAY. The guy on the other end got pissy and said that that wasn't HIS problem UH, YES THE F*** IT IS, SCOOTER!! Fast forward to 415pm and we drove down there, The truck has not moved from the spot he parked it at 8am!! He lost his ever lovin' mind!! BUT WAIT..THERE'S MORE!
