FRIDAY NIGHT! Last day of Friday night music... Line was out the door with only one worker. Why is there only one worker??!!! I was at the very end of the line with my young child who really wanted ice cream... but groups of teenagers kept cutting in line every few mins making the line longer for us. We stood there for over 25 mins but the line only grew longer in front of us. So we left. It was a really sad day for my son. read more

I was excited to try this place out because I associate "creamery" with a higher level of ice cream enjoyment. Picture this: It's an unusually hot Saturday afternoon in October and you've just spent 2.5 hours in a partially shaded area of a park for your nephew's 2nd birthday. Mind you, I don't have kids and prefer cold weather, so I'm purely there for the fam. Your friend and you are looking to Yelp for a nearby spot to get some sweet, cold, creamy goodness. When I saw that they serve Marianne's ice cream, I was looking forward to the deliciousness even though I was slightly disappointed because I had thought a "creamery" would make their own ice cream. When we arrived, the line wasn't very long, but the 2 parties ahead of us took a while to make decisions about what to order. No worries. The air conditioning felt glorious. When it was our turn, the girl working the counter was super friendly. No frills. No fuss. But also no seating inside. I ordered a mini of a flavor that I had enjoyed from Marianne's in the past. However, this time the ice cream wasn't as smooth and creamy and I had remembered. It felt icy. :( I felt their portion size was good for a mini, but a bit pricey for a spot that was serving someone else's ice cream. I'd happily pay those prices for a scoop that was made in house. Ultimately, it's okay. Probably wouldn't return of my own volition. read more

Wow, such great flavors and fantastic portions. I actually had a hard time finishing my double cone but you know I got to the bottom of it! They proudly serve Marianne's ice cream which is kinda an institution in these parts. What an amazing place to get a high quality cone that really represents the area well. Morgan Hill is fortunate to have these smaller companies available and establishing their business in the heart of the town. Don't stop supporting smaller and local businesses if you have the budget for it. Also, they seem to employ a lot of younger folks that really were professional and respectful on the customer service end. I was impressed by their demeanor and I love that they are taking some enjoyment out of serving ice cream. I can relate as a former See's candy employee that used that job to pay for college funds many years ago. Keep up the great work all you young folks at MHC :) read more

We used to love the ice cream shop that was in this location previously. Ever since it's been "Morgan Hill Creamery" it's been a major disappointment. We came shortly after they had first opened, and the toppings were stale. We didn't come back until yesterday and I was shocked with how expensive the prices were, and how little ice cream you get (see photo). To make matters worse, the person serving the ice cream was wearing gloves that looked like they had been worn for hours. Various ice cream and food debris on them. Eew. Change your gloves every once in awhile. You're handling my cone, bro. read more

Honestly thought it was super pricey. But that was before I saw the huge scoops that they gave. My friend and I shared a kids cup and that was more than good enough for us to have a decent amount. We got split flavors: root beer float and the must try garlic flavor. Honestly I really liked the garlic flavor (though that's prob bc I'm a big fan of garlic haha.) def worth checking out if you're in Morgan Hill! I was trying to have dessert after a nice dinner and stumbled upon the morgan hill creamery. I was utterly disappointed when my first bite of what was supposed to be a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with vanilla ice cream, tasted like it had been vaped on. it tasted like watermelon sherbert, after taking a second bite but from the other side the flavor had now changed to mint and chip. also the menu had described it as being in between two warm cookies. they were infact rock hard. clearly this place does not properly clean their scooping utensils, and cuts corners. do better! read more

We gave this place a second try. It's so expensive. I don't think the ice cream is anything special. I got the middle size cup $7. Husband wanted a waffle cone they were out so he got the like mass produced looking waffle cone, not the kiddie/sugar cone. It came with less ice cream than I got in my cup and was $9. I also got handed the messiest ice cream cup ever. They wear gloves, but I'd rather they just washed their hands and skipped the gloves. Gloves don't mean anything if they're disgusting. The flavor choices are pretty slim. I was thinking a milk shake or a Sunday but the only thing showing on their menu was cups/cones. MH has so many just mediocre ice cream places now. The 2 we liked are gone. read more

We walked by this place since it opened last Spring. There's many new businesses opening and that have opened in the last few years, when I found out tonight that this place's ice cream brand was MARIANNE'S, we ran over there. In our opinion, Marianne's Ice Cream is our favorite Bay Area ice cream. Most delicious taste, huge variety, and then the service and ambiance here is wonderful. Alyssa & Promise could not have been more sweet, more friendly, & more professional. Great place, OUTSTANDING product. Would highly recommend and will absolutely return, frequently!! read more

The Morgan Hill Creamery is my favorite place to get a frozen treat in Morgan Hill. I went in recently craving my favorite flavor, 1020. They didn't have it out in the case...So I asked the sweet gal working there, Natalie, if they stopped carrying it. She let me know that there may be some in the back and then went to check. I was so excited to see her coming back out with a 5 gallon tub of 1020 ice cream! Hooray! Thank you, Natalie...you made my day! I am visiting from out of town and decided to stop by the Morgan Hill creamery. Upon me entering I was greeted by Belle who was incredibly kind and helped to answer all my needs. What I like about the creamery is that it's signifies what ice cream creams have nuts in it which is incredibly helpful given the fact I'm severely allergic. Also big shoutout to Belle for using special spoons to scoop my ice cream so there was no cross contamination. Highly recommend. read more

This place is poppin on a Friday evening in late January! Despite no seating in the inside, there was a steady stream of customers and I can see why. They have the classics and creative flavors like snickerdoodle cookie dough (which my kid loved). They also had some gelato and sorbet flavors that were non dairy but I was too full from dinner. The ice cream here is always amazing. I've had the salaried Carmel before and would give it a 10/10 today. The coffee today was good, but I would give it 9/10. My sisters got chocolate fudge with chocolate syrup and Oreos on top and they would give it a 10/10 as well. The service is great, the workers are always kind and give large portions. Every time I go there is a line and people crowded outside. It gives you the vibe that you need to be in that ambiance as well. Def recommend! read more

So it took a few days to get responses, but then I started to text. She informed me on why she took longer than expected and I completely respected that! Both workers greeted us when we came in, and my husband and I were the only customers there at the time, so everything was quick and easy. I also thought it was really cute that they sell YoPup frozen yogurt cups for dogs for $4! I hadn't really seen something like that at a frozen yogurt place before. We paid $26.57 for two frozen yogurts, which I personally thought was a little pricey, but since it's based on weight, it can add up quickly depending on how much yogurt and toppings you get. The name caught my attention because it's very close to "Yogofina," a local fro-yo chain in the SF Eastbay. I don't think it's the same chain. Yogofino Yogurt has alot to offer, including a fair price for fro-yo! August 2025- Price Per Ounce: 79 cents. I've been to several Yogurtlands recently, and their prices are all in the 85-89 cent/oz range. Easy Breezy Yogurt is $1+/ oz now. So what about the frozen yogurt here? Well, they have seven (7) Electro Freeze machines that have no center twist (or swirl) valve. The area around the machines was very clean. The young lady working there was busy cleaning the whole time I was there. I tried: Mango, Pineapple, and Chocolate with some jelly toppings. They have large selection of wet, dry, and liquid toppings. Service was nice and friendly. The pineapple fro-yo had a good flavor. Not much icy bite, or chalkiness. The mango had a milk flavor. I especially liked the chocolate. It was super creamy, almost like a mild soft serve. No chalky after taste or icy bite. It was 85*F, so my fro-yo didn't stay frozen very long. Let me rephrase that: My wifey was shopping in Gilroy and she mentioned to me that she saw a couple of girls eating mango from a cup and skewers. She asked me if I saw it, and of course I replied an emphatic "NO!" to her. Honestly, at that time, I was quite annoyed by it and thought it was so insignificant and trivial thing. What so special about girls eating mangoes, I quietly thought to myself. Lo and behold, we saw a Food Vendor with "All Natural" name and a sign indicating if we have tried their Chili Sauce. (Flashback: I had mentioned to my co-worker about the Youtube video regarding Watermelon and Sriracha combo.) Sweet and Spicy? Like I mentioned, don't knock it till you try it. For a large cup ($7.00) you get mangoes, cantaloupe and watermelon generously splashed with their Chili Sauce. On this particular time, they had ran out of watermelon, but two out of three ain't bad. Some of the mangoes where kinda tangy, but mixed with their Chili Sauce, it wasn't so foreign in terms of flavor standpoint since I have eaten mango with Binegar (B as in Victory) in the Philippines. However, when you get a nice sweet mango or cantaloupe with their Chili Sauce together, it was crazy combination that we couldn't get enough of. My youngest son kept digging in the cup for the perfect size and perfect bite. For me, I couldn't get enough of the sauce; and I was crazy enough to even drink it. Hey, don't knock it till you try it.
