The store was laid out differently than the Sandy location so was a weird experience passing the front entrance and not seeing the checkout on the left wall as you enter the store... for those with a compass, near the northeast area of the store. Its now been a month. We have called them many times, and each time they say they'll find out more and call us back, but never call back. I don't mind so much the time that it has taken, Its annoying, but I could get over it. What I can't get over is the poor customer service. Rings are expensive, and I expect to be taken care of when ordering from somewhere instead of being blown off. Because of the experience we are now going to return the ring once its done, and order somewhere else. I do not want to have to deal with Zales once I need my ring cleaned or if it ever needs to be resized again.
