This is NOT to diminish the company's analytical and technical skill. When we moved our office we failed to notify our cable provider thinking that they could easily move our service. Turned out they didn't service our new location. I was given Mike's number by our commercial real estate agent to help find another provider. Within an hour they were able to provide an option that now works great for us.
