I have a Linear Access Control system at my driveway gates that were not working when I switched phone companies (AT&T to Spectrum). I've had this system for some time and it has always been finicky. I called All City and they were at my doorstep in 20 minutes. This was no routine service. It really required quite some intensive diagnostics, because they system was old, discontinued by the manufacturer and the low voltage system in the house powered everything from alarm systems to landscaping lights. Other techs would have probably told me to replace the whole system. All City persevered and went above and beyond in finding the issues and repairing to perfect operating condition. Great company--great tech! Highly recommend and will definitely use again when the need arises. BTW, their prices were more than fair. Excellent service. We had issues getting a dial tone to an elevator in an older home. I had even spent several hours troubleshooting our wiring with a Spectrum technician to no avail. Within 24 hours of my initial call to All City Phone Techs they came by and completely fixed everything in under 2 hours. Dial tone restored at the elevator and at two jacks. The tech who came out was professional, explained what he was diagnosing and clearly knew what he was doing and what to look for. After almost a month without a working phone line and 4 visits from "phone" company, I called ALL CITY. Jesse went the extra mile, did what the "inside line" tech guys basically refused to do and got my phone lines working. I called all city phone techs because I found them on yelp and I got an instant reply back and Jessie and I started a correspondence via texting. Jessie helped me install an ooma phone system into my office because I was paying almost 350$ per month, ooma only costed 20$ per line for my office. Jessie helped me install 6, Ethernet cables and connected it in a central convenient location. He also helped me set up my fax line on my ooma system so that the fax machine would work (without me having to pay for another phone line). My credit card machine was connected to an ethernet cable (which I heard is faster) and overall my entire office has been switched over flawlessly to the new ooma voice over IP service. My work was having serious internet issues, and I was tasked with finding a company to fix it. Robert, the technician who came out, is why this place has 5 stars from me. I had phoned several other companies to do the same job Robert did, and all of them said they couldn't do it, or just decided it was too much work, and that they'd rather not. Not Robert. Rob showed up, took one look at our plan to run a Cat 5 cable from our floor (2nd) to the first floor, and made it better by attaching it to the actual modem (which is VERY far from the hole he made) and did a stellar job hiding the cable. He had to come back several days later when we were given bad information from AT&T. But he came as soon as I phoned him, so I didn't have to wait long for our internet. these guys did a very good job cleanly and elegantly installing coax cable for several tv's, and laying lots of computer cabling for a home network, at my place. what i mean by that is... most of my friends have a gazillion wires slapped and stapled to baseboards, door frames, room corners etc, as the standard directv or dsl/cable people would lay down connections. those vendor techs are not there to do the prettiest job possible -- they're just there to get you a signal, then get on their way! so i've seen way too often peoples' nice places made messy by snaking wiring running all over the place. i was moving into a nice new modern looking (but old construction) place and there was zero cable or cat5 wiring so i knew i'd have to lay it all down myself if i didn't want the directv or dsl/cable people just stapling it up any which way. all city very neatly and nicely laid -- hiding as much as possible, or using sleek conduit where necessary -- what was certainly a few hundreds feet of cable. enough for 6 tv's out of a main multiplexer, and hard line cat5 connections and plugs for 5 rooms. (again... no matter what the dayam routers say... they do not reach the whole house! so having internet jacks in certain rooms let us add routers there to expand the signal). the job took about 2 days, it was a set price per connection, and the work was clean, relatively fast, and efficient. have been up and running just fine since then with no problems or complaints. would definitely recommend if you need phone, cable tv or internet wiring done. earnest honest no nonsense work. read more

Outstanding responsiveness and service from Jesse at All City Phone Techs, plus very reasonable pricing. After a year with crackling on my phone and lack of repair from AT&T, he first attempted to diagnose the problem by phone (to try and save me a service call), then came out to my house the same afternoon to make sure I was taken care of before he began a 3-day job. Jesse really knows his stuff & quickly confirmed the problem rests with AT&T, not my interior wiring. Nevertheless, he redid some wiring, which improved the problem somewhat, and kindly followed up with me several days later with an additional suggestion inasmuch as AT&T has so far failed to repair their defective line. These guys came in to my house which had a very confusing old wiring system, figured out the existing system, then was able to fix it and get it setup the way I wanted too. They dealt with Cat5e, Uverse, Home networking components, uverse land line, and home alarm system. All systems great by the time they were done. Jessie is amazing! I was opening a brand new office and my scheduled installer didn't show up to do the work. I searched Yelp to find a replacement very late in the evening and Jessie called me right back after 9pm to confirm he could do all the work before the opening. I was so impressed that he called me back so late at night. We met at my office on a Saturday morning, talked about the job and the supplies we would need to buy to get the work done properly. (This was a really big job, so a supply run to Home Depot and Best Buy was expected.) He installed CAT5 cables and phone jacks in every office, running all the wires through our drop ceiling, so all the wires are completely hidden. Then he installed a 66 Block, Patch Panel, Patch Cords, and mounted a 16 port gigabit switch in our tech room.
