Great little thrift shop off the beaten path. It's way bigger once you step inside than how it looks from the outside, and is full of clothing, homegoods, and knick knacks. From a clothing perspective, despite the large selection I found the selection to be pretty basic, with a lot of standard items (t-shirts, sweaters, etc.). If you're looking for eclectic, kitschy stuff this is not really the place for that. But if you want basic essentials, there's a large variety of that. There are a TON of household items for every room, from cups to organizers to dish dinnerware, etc. I ended up finding a porcelain cup for camping that I've been looking for for awhile. There is also a whole room full of furniture, and a separate room full of sporting goods. Huge collection of VHS, though not sure if that's very useful for anyone anymore these days. While the items are organized in sections, due to the large amount of stuff crammed in there you definitely need to dig around a little. It feels a little less curated than other thrift shops, in that there are a lot of things in there in poor condition. Some of the stuff is dusty and not fully cleaned. What made me love this thrift shop is how CHEAP it is. Hats were 1.50, shirts were a few bucks, jackets were 5 bucks. Walking into the store I was worried that it would be more expensive than Goodwill or a large chain thrift shop, but it's one of the cheapest thrift shops I've ever been to. I didn't need too much help except to check out, but the guy working the front was welcoming and friendly. All in all, from a selection/quality standpoint of the items I would give this place 3 stars, but because of how cheap it is I give it 4. I wouldn't drive too far out of my way to go here, but if you're in the area it's definitely worth it to check out. read more

This thrift store is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Clothing, household goods, sports stuff, odds & ends and electronics make up the bulk of the stuff for sale. I've been seeing their signs for the past month or so and finally stopped in last week. Fun stuff to look through. Did not end up buying this time, but might stop here again. you name it-you mite find it in there- gotta look around tho. Tons of full boxes of nails and screws. Some lighting, Garden tools, lots of unopened boxes of items people ordered like instapot, rice cookers, etc.. theres some good unused exercise equipment. Really a huge variety. Theres 4 rooms when you go inside. i even found a new submersible pond pump. read more

I, too, share the same sentiments as a previous reviewer. I drove all the way out here and arrived a little after 12pm only to find the store is closed. No note on the door and the phone number listed on Yelp has been changed to an unknown number. I won't try again to visit as this seems to be a common occurrence. read more

Straight up drove all the way out here and it's closed...it's 1:37 4.5 hours before the sign says it's actually closed. It says they're supposed to be open and they aren't. This has happened more than once. Booooooooooo. read more

I am frequently in the Oak view area for work and stop here about once a week. I have always got great deals on items here and most things are negotiable. The staff is always available to assist with items that may be unreachable. This is a large thrift store with multiple rooms, some of it organized some not so much. It plays well to people that like to dig for treasures as well as people who like a more organized store. The staff here has given me some great deals on vintage and antique items in the past. Love how jam packed this little thrift store is with furniture. GREAT deals and lots of little treasures. If your patient and willing to look you can find great little pieces for a price that isn't as high as a trendy antique store. So far the people who work there including the owners' son! They have patiently helped me decide, letting me bring down things multiple from high up displays or letting me dig out a table so I can see if the top is damaged. In return I have been patient when they are helping other people. It's too bad the the poor reviews here reflect the reviewers patience and/or own mistakes. Like finding out when there actual hours are. They are only open on the weekends so better to check before going! But the patience pays off. All in all as a single mom who appreciates cool furniture, give stars! Also they have been very kind to my seven year old daughter who always finds a diamond in the rough in the toys. (Note to buyers: Must clean items before using. But that goes without saying, right?) read more

I will NEVER shop here again! I can't believe how rude and disrespectful the employee was. I patiently waited 10 minutes to check out while the only employee was helping someone with a uhaul rental. She was very confused with how to handle the uhaul rental and even had to make a phone call for help. After I paid I made a comment saying that the item was expensive, I didn't say it in a mean way, just a comment. She replied, "then why you would buy it?" I explained it was for a friends birthday and I knew she would love it. Another customer asked the price and agreed that yes, it was expensive. The employee responded to us by saying, "Then why don't you leave and go shop somewhere else!" Apparently this thrift store is making enough money on their over priced items that they don't need money or want me shopping there. I'll be sticking to my normal thrift stores that I know appreciate my money while also knowing that my money is helping people such at the arc foundation and the goodwill. read more
