There's a cashier at the front and not much interaction, but I prefer this over some of the older locations where they'd hover over you. Stock here is decent, but it's nowhere close to the RH location, but ever since going here as a high schooler (rare visits), I'd love to ascend and descend the stairs and look down and look at the decorations and random Ghibli and cute character goods they have up there.

So here I am... what a fun + colorful place to find cosmetics and beauty stuff! The lady staff was super nice and lovely. I didn't waste any time. I asked and I shall receive. The lady knew exactly what I was looking for. She led me to the lip creams immediately. I bought 3 of them. They are $11 a pop... a bit pricey, but hey, our lips deserve tender loving care, too. My daughter was very pleased and so was I. We now don't have to wait until our next Las Vegas trip to get amazing & moisturizing lips LOL. Ivy promptly told me about a buy one get one special they were running for sheet masks, and when I lingered at a product display for a few moments she quickly began explaining what the product was used for and what kind of skin it suited. For reference, I'm not Asian, so I can't read many of the labels on the products in the store. But ivy speaks fantastic English and didn't mind telling me about the brands and ingredients. I chose a cleanser meant for sensitive skin and she recommended a few other products as well. She wasn't pushy but urged me to come buy and try others as I finished the skincare I already had at home. She had a pile of samples ready for me at the register when I was ready to checkout, and when my husband pointed out the skincare set I had at home she began asking me how I liked it and if it was working well for me. When I mentioned my disappointment with the eye cream that came with my Ohui skin set she recommended a different brand and proceeded to LOAD my bag with samples of it. This is one of the chief reasons I love stores like this, you can buy one item and walk out with a bag full of stuff. She gave me a huge sample of shampoo I'd been wanting to try, you can't beat that kind of service! I felt really welcome here, and the service I received was fantastic. It was really messy in there and not much rhyme and reason to what they stocked in terms of toys. I found quite a few items I've never seen before especially little Sanrio plushies (I bought 3). Picked up an anime figure from Attack on Titan too and my husband bought some snacks and mints. If I were already using the beauty products I might buy them here but most of the signs and descriptions are in Chinese so I don't know what the stuff is.
