Spayed my cat here last month, very affordable and was walked through the whole process very clearly. The older man attending the cars was super friendly and welcoming! There can be a bit of a wait so be sure to get there early :) I waited around 45 min I would say, I arrived around 15 minutes before my scheduled arrival time with maybe 5 cars ahead of me and a large line of cars soon followed. I had a good experience dropping off my cat for neuter and spay here The entire process was quick and easy. I made an appt for the 6:55am slot and got there 20 mins before my time and there was at least 10 cars ahead for drop off too. Waited in line for a good 15 mins until we were next to take my cat out. Pick up time was 2:30 but I got back around 2 and I was the first to get my cat. Staff gave me info for after care and that was it. Service and staff were friendly and professional. The confirmation e-mail and website is full of information on how to take care of your pet to prepare for neutering/spaying your pet. Thank you stray paws/ASPCA with your work on keeping our community felines safe! ASPCA took all 5 of my strays to get neutered/spayed, vaccination and chipped. Out of the 5 one escaped when one of technicians accidentally dropped the cage she was in. Nelson has been missing since 1/4/23! I brought in 3 feral cats for TNR. Be sure to check if they service your area first. For community feral cats, this TNR service is free. To get started, you fill out an application online, then they contact you to schedule a pick up for the traps on a Saturday. Then at pick up, you schedule an appointment either on a Wednesday or Thursday. You trap the cats the night before, then bring them in the next morning between 6:30-7:15am. Pick up is later that day at 3:30-4:30pm. You then give the cats a little dinner and water that night. By morning, you can release them. After the release, you clean the traps and wash the covers, then return them back. Joe and Monique are great, very kind and sweet. Lovely people to work with. I'm currently in the process of the No Kitten Left Behind. I have 5 kittens who went for their 1st wellness visit already. I need to bring them back in 3 weeks, then 3 weeks after that. I am not a cat person and just realized I'm allergic so...we shall see how this goes. read more

They have always been very kind to me even when I'm running late to drop off a Cat or picking a cat up, super nice. They all put a lot of energy and hard work into what they are doing, they are very compassionate towards helping cats. One time a few years ago I was on my way to FixNation and my car stalled. I've TNR'd several feral cats around my neighborhood now. This place is really awesome about the entire process. I have dealt mostly with Claudia. You can tell she's really dedicated & loves her job/these cats. Stray Paws not only neuters them but they vaccinate & give them flea/parasite medications. I had my cats spayed at this facility on the 23rd of Aug. A week later, my cat had a disease called calicivirus, which is a lifelong disease and could possibly kill her. My cats have never been around other cats, and they were born in my house and have never displayed symptoms of any sickness ever! I just want to warn people that if you can not afford regular spay or neuter, at least get your cat vaccinated before you take them here. If I had known about this disease, I would have NEVER taken my cats to be spayed here. I was trying to save the cost because of how expensive the procedure is. I regret ever taking them to this facility and will never do so for any other pet ever again. If you love your pets, take them to a real clinic or hospital. The extra cost is worth it to keep them healthy. read more

I highly recommend Stray Paws Animal Haven. My husband took our very sick senior Chihuahua Hailey for a second opinion and he said Dr. Dover is amazing. She is sweet, very knowledgeable and treats your pet like her own. She was very gentle with our pet and so professional. They even did blood work and didn't charge a lot plus they gave her medicine. Also the vet tech was very nice. The wait time was a little longer than expected due to high volume of pets waiting to be examined but it's worth it. You won't regret it. Please don't bring your pet here. I had brought my Maine coon cat for a neuter service on 1/16/24. I have pictures of before and after receiving my pet. First off when you drop them off and pick up your pet they hardly give a rundown of anything and simply just hand you your cat with not much of an explanation of the procedure or after care. Secondly I received him with a bloody back the day of and either an open incision/ open wound in an unauthorized area with zero notice after handing me him back. I had spoke with the medical director and recorded all my calls and have proof of the before and after pictures of my cat and they tried to blame me for it and say it came from my household when I know for a fact I never gave him to the vet care with a bloody back. They are super unprofessional Im already looking to take matters in my own hands but I suggest you guys do not take your pet here if you want a more smooth and safe procedure for your pets. It showed me how much this vet lacked of communication and safety. My pet has suffered trauma for it and made 3 vet visits in one week. I took him to the ER twice just 2 days after his neuter visit and my bills were very expensive. He had to get stitched up 3 times. In one week. Super unprofessional. Spoke to both medical director dr. Sandoval and yobany. If you care about your pets please take them somewhere else. This vet only cares more for volume and not the quality care for the pets. read more

I took my 3 month year old cat here and was really nervous but they did a fantastic job with his neutering procedure, shots, and microchipping. All of the staff members are really kind and helpful and when I picked him up he was happy and energetic. They even put soft padding in his carrier and fed him a snack.
