When you visit with the residents you will learn that what makes them happy is not the care they are getting but the people they call friends. They end up looking out for on another. The wellness Director does not take things seriously enough to deal with them. Instead things are blamed on the resident. To say that I am disgusted with the experience my mom has had over the last 10 months would be an understatement. Unless you have a loved who is just elderly but does everything as younger person without ANY care needs, my suggestion based on our families experience would be to look into another program. Do not let the modern building impress you. They provide less than adequate care - staffing shortages, rude dining staff, disrespectful front desk staff and a wellness director who looks like she works at a night club or lounge not like she is an LPN caring for humans. The corporate staff is not any better so there is not room for any escalation of an issue that is unresolved. Best of luck, I know the search is rough!

She cooked wonderful meals that my Dad raved about, something very important to him!!! Roz has personal touches that my family and I observed on many occasions. We were always offered something to eat or drink. She always wore a smile and you could see that she really loves what she does! Roz would sing old classic songs with my Dad, his fav was Fred Astaire. And when he watched his fav old western classics, she was known to sit in and watch with him on occasion. Roz would always talk to my Dad as if he was a friend. And although my Dad passed recently, I will always have great memories of his care here! Roz was truly a blessing to our family!!!! :-)

We were shocked to see such caring and compassion coming from the property manager. As she greeted us and welcomed us back to her office, we started asking questions about the property and availability and she was very thorough and helpful. She explained the waitlist process and we were fine with that. The community is exceptionally maintained and operated by the property manager. We have visit quit a few properties after this property and we will be the first to say A good community for seniors is best ran when the company running the facility hires a perfect candidate like this manager. This is not an assisted living facility this is an independent living facility, so the residents here are very active and social. We would recommend this place to any one we know. We would recommend calling these facilities first and not just showing up, we realized after the fact how busy the manager was once we were there and the traffic of residents she deals with. The property is very well maintained and the facility has a home feeling. I love the spirit and compassion of the manager and would recommend this place to all my elderly friends and family.

So there are times where no activities are going on and there isn't a driver to take residents to their appointments, and well if something needs to be fixed or replaced, residents have to wait. Moving my dad out as soon as I can.

This goofy have a personal vendetta against for no reason whatsoever. Kaitlyn has to be the biggest joke they have as an HR in that place, she is a liar. She fired me for "sleeping" clearly never happened, I have proof that people sleep there they literally make bed out of chairs to sleep. This goofy lies that a family member told her that I was sleeping, mama you're the HR no family going to to complain, they go to the units manager and or the DON not your goofy self. How dumb can you be. Now if you have a family member there get them out of that place they have scabies outbreak that they are hiding from the workers and the families. They lie and said it was ringworm which is a fat like, I have scabie working there and I was told if I go to the doctor not to say I got it from work. LOL. They got cockroaches all over the place big ones too. Patients gets two showers out of the week and no sponges bath on the days they don't have showers.
