Last summer our son was returning to Charlotte after being overseas for six years. We found furnishings for him that we needed to move a couple of months before he would arrive and find a place to live. Enter Cyndi at Morningstar on Tyvola. She made it all happen and very painlessly. Morningstar offers a truck free to bring your stuff to the facility and then later to move it where you need it. They also offer two months free storage, although there are charges for insurance while you're there. I think in all we spent about $70 for storage. But the truly remarkable part was how friendly and helpful Cyndi and her crew were as we dealt with a few issues that we had separate from our transactions with Morningstar. I absolutely fell in love with Jojo. I'm not sure if she is an angel in disguise or what? I initially had the worst experience upon move in. I mean complete moving nightmare; no fault hers or Authur's. However Jojo was able to console me emotionally to even get through the move. Jojo was able to pinpoint and figure out how to correct the error. Jojo even took initiative to simply check on me and my son when it was all over. Had it not been for Jojo being so kind and caring I was going to find an alternate location. I do also want to thank Authur for following up, and Demarco for his efforts as well. I had a storage unit here for a touch over one year. I always had great experiences there. The place was alway clean and free of clutter. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even offered free rentals of their moving van for customers. Jojo was there as the specialist the day I moved in and out. She was always very friendly and helpful. Her face constantly wore a warm and welcoming smile. All in all, I'd strongly recommend this place for your storage needs. It was convenient to access. I went to this location from a referral and I was very nervous about the whole process of storing my belongings from14 years of history. From the start to the end I felt like someone was placed at this location just for me to make the entire process smooth, valuable, and important. The communication was clear between the parties, the walkthrough was not rushed and the assistance was excellent. Whitley their assistant was very helpful indeed. They create a payment plan as well as opportunities to schedule a time frame to use their storage vehicle for shipment. They will give you the best vacant and the closest one to the elevator. They always offer a warm welcoming. The place is clean and the storage rooms are big enough.
