North Loop Storage didn't disappoint on any aspect. They had several size choices, were priced about the same as their competitors, and the customer service was the deciding factor. I spoke to Annabel, who explained the entry process, how to use the lift, rules and regs and so on. She was patient and incredibly helpful and friendly.
