This review is based off my experience in the middle of moving and getting in the gate after having trouble with my code. Thomas the property manager saw me and my movers struggling to get in the gate and quickly came to my aid. What a blessing!!!!! Please note that this location office opens at 9:30 AM and Thomas assisted me prior to the location even opening. I am so grateful!!! Thomas was able to help me not only get into the gate but also into the correct unit. Thomas was helpful, patient and empathetic! I give it a zero here's why, No one is ever in the office, never answer the phone or return calls, air conditioners have been broken for months. there are never any carts available or any where on the property. Trash everywhere. Someone left old furniture out in the driveway, sofas, mattresses etc. it's been there over a month and no one has taken it away. This used to be a good clean location. not anymore. The management at this property is horrible. shame on them. I've had several spaces there for many years. I'm considering moving elsewhere. i can't think of one nice thing to say about this location. read more

Stay far far away from these people.They lie, cheat and scam. In the first place, I rented three units and spent two thousand dollars to move my furnishings in in June of 2021, when I was remodeling a house. Within a month, my climate-controlled unit holding 18th century antiques had been broken into. The unit was burglarized, along with seventeen others, because there is no security on the premises whatsoever. Anyone who rents a unit gets a gate code and can enter at any hour of the day or night. There is no security guard, no security cameras, nothing. This wasn't necessary however as the burglars simply dug under the fence surrounding the facility and walked in. They waltzed straight into the climate-controlled building, whose doors are not locked, broke the locks off of the units and took whatever they wanted, unimpeded. No guard, no security, nothing, not even a lock on the door of the building. I was not notified of the theft until the following afternoon, at which time i was obliged to speak with an extremely obnoxious, rude woman who could not have cared less about the burglary or been less helpful. I was unfortunately obligated to speak with this horrible person on another occasion, at which time she denied that there had been a break-in at all ! Which was fairly hilarious given that I have the police report! The other employee said the same thing to me a few months later when I inquired if the police had found the burglars. He denied there had been a break-in ! The fact that there is no security at this facility should be enough to keep you away, but on top of this, they hike up your rents with no warning. three months later they had the gall to raise the rent on my unit, when I had only been there four months and been broken into ! And by a substantial amount. They know that you have spent thousands to move in and they have you over a barrel. More dishonorable or disreputable people I have never encountered. I've been, to my dismay, obliged to deal with the same obnoxious employee on another occasion, and she is six feet tall, easily 250 pounds and quite threatening, besides being a liar. Stay far far away from Public Storage, known by their beleaguered customers as Public Scam. read more

This Public Storage is clean, well managed and has good customer service. I had a problem with their billing policies and thankfully they reached out to rectify them. Very grateful. I would use this place again if I needed a storage solution and lived close by. read more

Needed a storage unit again so I went back to Public Storage. Was assisted by Mahesh. He went over and above to make sure my experience was good. There had been a price increase from what I had reserved online but he was able to honor the original with a little extra encouragement. Happy with the cleanliness. This location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. A few days after Harvey a friend tried to help find and secure a storage unit for our stuff that was salvageable. So, she went to this location and got it set up in her name because they wouldn't let her do it under our name (understandable). Later, after we moved a bunch of things in I asked one of the bitchy ladies how to transfer the unit to my name. She said I had to move everything out, first, then, close that account and open a new one and then move everything back in- even with the friend with me. I didn't want all the emails and bills going to her, etc. Long story short, every time I came into that place to try and get anything changed or if the code didn't work, they wouldn't give me the code and I had to have my friend come in with me. Both the women at the desk were completely unsympathetic and uninterested in helping me. Having experienced the trauma and hassle of having our house flooded, it was insulting to get this type of horrible service. There was no "maybe we can find another way to help you" not even a "I'm really sorry but..." They both just copped a horrible attitude and rolled there eyes and basically acted like they didn't care. I finally was able to change the email and phone number on the account online so my friend wouldn't be bothered, but they wouldn't change the name without the whole move and move back in BS! then they started calling for my friend at my number and wouldn't talk to me. Just a stupid, inconsiderate way to do business...especially when people are in real need. I didn't write this review until we had all moved out and closed the account so that the bitches at the front desk couldn't find any other way to make my life miserable. and oh, btw I closed it online and they canceled the autodraft but then they charged me a late fee 2 days later. WTF! Just horrible, inconsiderate, uncaring people at that location. read more
