Specifically, she dismissed the importance of her aunt's age and the customer being right whether they are right or nlt but thats the way the job is supposed to train employers, if u have a problem with the customer be professional and go get your supervisor, obviously many more ppl have had and issue with this same chick because on fb otherd knew exactly who she was and how she disrespects customers acting like a big chap, im really interested in what the manager has to say, alot of us will be boycotting this place until she is trained to do better, fired, or and apology is in order on their website this chick behaved in a way that I would find as a customer and aa a mother unacceptable and very disrespectful. Customer service and respect should be a priority, especially when dealing with seniors. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior to prevent this from happening to others again and again, again I will be reconsidering my future visits based on this experience please do the same.

The lady that works there said that she doesn't intend on carrying them, because they expect her to order $16k worth of scrubs to open an account with them. (The other scrub store in town, Medical Mart, doesn't carry them either. I've been told that there is a store in the Pineville mall that does.) ps.
