My friend was very disappointed with my her experience at RH Mart concerning her aunty. Her aunty encountered an employee who was disrespectful and unprofessional, making inappropriate remarks and showing a lack of courtesy towards an elderly customer. Specifically, she dismissed the importance of her aunt's age and the customer being right whether they are right or nlt but thats the way the job is supposed to train employers, if u have a problem with the customer be professional and go get your supervisor, obviously many more ppl have had and issue with this same chick because on fb otherd knew exactly who she was and how she disrespects customers acting like a big chap, im really interested in what the manager has to say, alot of us will be boycotting this place until she is trained to do better, fired, or and apology is in order on their website this chick behaved in a way that I would find as a customer and aa a mother unacceptable and very disrespectful. Customer service and respect should be a priority, especially when dealing with seniors. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior to prevent this from happening to others again and again, again I will be reconsidering my future visits based on this experience please do the same. read more

Came here with my Gf looking for eyeliner. Found so much more. Place has 1000's of wigs. Two walls are lined top to bottom with wigs. Colors range blonde, brown, and black. Every conceivable color and style is available. The owner Paul is friendly and knows everything about hair. They also stock hair extensions, drawstrings, and weave in hair. It's true that customer service could be a little better. I think more than anything the few employee need to understand that trends are a certain way right now, and to not be so taken back when someone wants to try on a wig. The prices and selection are pretty good since it's a smaller place. I found an adorable wig and a new pony tail extension there for a pretty reasonable price, so all in all I was happy with the trip. The one thing that I'll say might could pose a problem is their policy on only trying on 3 wigs per visit. I'm guessing that's there for kids or customers who are just there to have fun rather than to shop, but when I was told this I wasn't really helped or watched over while trying on, so unless I wanted something from behind the counter, there really wasn't any enforcement of that policy. I think that if you're not used to the wig shopping world, then this place may not be the best to educate or help you with your first experience. An example is when I was looking for a bang extension, and there was no help except to show me where the bang length tracks were, which isn't what I was asking for. Again, this is okay with me because I knew what I was looking for specifically and this employee had just never heard of that particular item. Rock hill Mart has the worse customer Service. The manager is very unprofessional. I purchased a item and it said on the box that it was black .The product results was gray. If I purchased something black and its gray and I would like to exchange it for something that works right; what's wrong with that. The manager argued and agreed not to exchange since I just went to my car the same day and used it to make sure it was right. They will have you waiting forever to get hair. I will never return back to Rock Hill Mart ,because of their false advertising and I will make sure I let my clients know not to return. read more
