He made one for the following day at 1:00pm. The day of we arrived 15 minutes earlier and checked in. One hour passed by before my husband asked about our place in line. They told him there were other people who have appointments and that he'll be called shortly. Another hour went by and I followed-up about our place in line. This time she COULD NOT find our paperwork. We saw her scramble in the back and ask other co-workers. Once she returned she said we were 3rd in line. When we were finally seen-- we were the 4th in line to be called and two people who checked in after us for their 1:15pm and 1:30pm appointments were called BEFORE us. WE WAITED A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. We were really upset by this point. Reception had a lack of organization and abysmal management of customer walk-in and appointments. I strongly recommend that this is something that needs to be reviewed and improved upon. Other than that I would recommend their services- that's if you can get past reception.

The only reason why she's three stars is a) after doing taxes for our company for decades she gets the officers of the corporation wrong; and, b) her receptionist is better suited to something less mentally-challenging, like falling off a log, or staring vapidly into space.
