One of the mechanics named Thomas came right out to troubleshoot the problem. He discovered that a new battery was needed and went inside to price it for her. He came and told her and she told him to please go areas and install it. All in all it was a stressful day that Thomas made easier! Defiantly would recommend Walmart auto center . He charged my almost triple what we agreed on, he work from home, it's not an actual shop! When we argued almost got physical couple of times and since we're in his house your options are limited. He literally called a dent on the car , and said this need to be addressed, I asked him to fix it, which he did , but he damaged it again while putting the bumper back and yet still charged me for it . When I asked him how come you're charging me for something you didn't even fix , he's like well the car stayed 2 weeks at the shop you can consider a storage fee!! So unprofessional, maybe the old guy was the man but Chase was a complete waste of time and money. I paid the guy what he asked for cause I really didn't want him to cause more damage to the car. as I don't really have time or energy to deal with such attitude and work ethic , even tho I should have took it to the court! I have proof for everything I just mentioned, and I'm more than happy to show it to anyone who might be interested before working with such person. Very disappointed.

Discovered that because they park trailer in the weeds they call a lot mice had made a nest in the frame and chewed the entire wire loom. Went back to see what if anything they could do, and they admitted they get mice in the trailers all the time and suggested a place to go buy the loom. I would have thought the 12 grand was enough to include good wiring but I was wrong. Will never buy a single thing from them ever again. Avoid avoid avoid!

We went and the salesperson showed us the available trailers and printed out the info sheets. We went and looked at the trailers and picked one out to purchase. Upon inquiring about the spare tire the have the tires, mounts and bolts but no nuts? This should have been red flag one. The second is when they couldn't find the title....well it has a deposit but didn't have a deposit? There is a sign when you come in that says no deposit means no promises. Well there was never a deposit put down but they wouldn't sell it as the "guy is coming back later to pick it up". Upon asking to speak to the owner I was directed to a gentlemen who then was not the owner and the older gentlemen was. This was the point when we decided to take our business elsewhere.
