He failed to advise me to remove my personal computer from my home while I was experiencing severe mental and emotional stress. My computer was hacked into by my ex-wife's lawyer and used against me despite having a multitude of security passwords to protect anyone from accessing my personal information. The opposing lawyer James Jones Jr ran circles around Andrew throughout my entire divorce proceedings. Mr. Jones refused to use email or text or have an answering machine at his office thus forcing snail mail to become the only communication method. This was done purposely to lengthen and stall my divorce from becoming finalized and to line Mr. Jones and Andrews pockets with my hard earned money a took a lifetime to save. I had to pay legal fees from my Home Equity Line of Credit (borrowed money). Andrew calculated my income as if I was a salaried employee when in fact he was well aware that I was self employed and my income varied. Therefore the spousal and child support payments he recommended were completely false and dangerously high. Andrew routinely failed to return my calls throughout my divorce. I ultimately had to fire him and his law firm for complete incompetence and negligence. He and his lawfirm promised me that my entire divorce would cost me no more than $10 to $15k when in fact it cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and settlement costs despite having an iron clad pre-nuptual agreement. Upon meeting, it was apparent she was well versed on the new law and gave me some parameters to adhere to and advised how I could help my clients during the traditional recruitment process. The appointment lasted about an hour (maybe a little more) and I was really happy with the guidance. She let me know she could provide additional services of drafting legal forms/letters that I could use and send to my clients. While I passed on this service, I was appreciative that she was thinking a step ahead and the way she positioned these services was as if we were business partners as opposed to someone just trying to up-sell. As someone who's constantly meeting/talking/networking with professionals, I found it incredibly easy to connect with Denise. She's extremely knowledgable and she has a way of taking dry/boring legal jargon and translating it into a manner that's easy to comprehend/implement (at least in my situation). So, let me warn you - That is when you get treated like trash! I had to make several calls to get them to correct a clerical error THEY had made in my original document. (They had put the name of another client instead of mine upon whose death my charitable donation should be made.) I left numerous messages before anyone called me back. Something that should have been handled quickly required way too much effort on my part. NOW, I see what I did wrong. I should have charged them $3,000 for making the error that was CLEARLY just sloppy work on their part. Then there was the Email that that I kept getting from them with the title "No Time to Wait? Learn How to Update Your Trust in Our Free On-Demand Webinar". I got this email at least six times. When I clicked on it, there was absolutely NOTHING to do with updating your trust. I called the office to find out "what's up?" No reply. I sent an email. When I finally got a response to my email about this seminar, I got a reply from them saying there is no such video available - yet. When I got the same email about a week later - alerted the them and they assured me that I WOULD be REMOVED FROM THE LIST. Nothing was mentioned about removing this inaccurate email completely from others. I recently asked "Is it done yet?". I was told It is coming soon!
