The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. Unfortunately, the financing was not approved, and getting my money back has been an absolute nightmare. I have sent multiple emails--which the salesperson confirmed he received and "passed to his supervisor"--yet I have received zero follow-up. I have called the office numerous times, only to be met with the same generic "we'll let them know and they'll call you back" response. Nobody ever calls. After weeks of being ignored, I've been forced to file a dispute with my bank to recover my funds. Be very careful with your deposits here; their communication and integrity regarding refunds is non-existent.
