They diagnosed an issue with a cylinder misfire and advise it was most likely covered under a MB campaign and it was a known issue. We took the car to MB 96th street. Walker's had called them and wrote the issue up so I could just give them that info and not have to explain everything to them. It was all covered under the extended warranty. That's honesty and what you should expect from a hometown mechanic shop.

This seems like more of an expensive hobby that also turned into a nice side business for the owner. This is a race building shop and a Napa auto parts store all in one. If you need some basic auto parts, and live in the Morristown area, this is a place you can come and see if they have it in stock. If not in stock they can order anything and have it within about 1 to 3 days normally. They do stock a variety of basic items that most people need, but being a smaller business they can not stock semi loads of items like the big box stores do. The big chain stores are 10+ miles away, so if you're in town this is a much better option than driving that far. Their prices seem about the same to slightly higher than the chain stores. If you need auto parts, before driving far to a larger town, stop in here first. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable when we last spoke, and had some special spark plugs I needed for a Yamaha Raptor 660 quad. A good place to do business, if they have the parts you need, or if you can wait to get them via delivery.

But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.
