This place gives you the same service no matter what package you pay for, so only get the cheapest wash. I paid about $80 for the full interior/exterior package and my truck still came out covered in dust, grime, streaky windows, and dirty cup holders. The photos attached are AFTER the wash and supposed "deep clean." The employee expected a cash tip afterward, and the manager gave me a hard time for not returning sooner. I shouldn't have to inspect my car in the parking lot to make sure it was actually cleaned. Have not been here in a long time because of the quality. Now an exterior only car wash is 21 plus 4 for a mid sized pu truck. I usually see1-2 for a SUV upcharge. I barely had a large vehicle. New twist is now it's an expensive crappy car wash. read more

Jordan is a complete asshat. Won't be returning. There was mud on my rims, a substantial amount, after the wash. I flag a guy down and say hey can you clean this? -- very nicely and calmly. Guy tried to upsell me to a VIP $75 wash when I said interior exterior wash with armour all to dash. That should be $25 plus $4 not $75! Then I said no basic. He said ok this one and points to the $55 wash. Finally told him which one to pick then after they don't vacuum the car well or even nearly ok. There was gravel and dirt all over the carpet and I asked him at the end and they said I had to do VIP for that and wait an hour. I asked him to vacuum basic dirt??? Yep. "You're just not going to get the floors vacuumed fully with a regular wash". Then put my rubber mats in soaking wet and I didn't realize it would be a problem. I was wrong. We went on vacation a day or two later and came back to the car malodorous due to mildew forming under rubber mats and carpet wet u see the rubber mats. Furious. I was searching for the smell all week and realized it was the wet under the mats from the wash! They do a lousy job. Cost a ton, and ruined my car. read more

I attempted to enter this establishment via one of two dedicated lanes, where there is a sign specifically stating "Please alternate lanes; Your cooperation is greatly appreciated." At the time, 4+ cars were in the right lane and 0 cars in the left, where I entered. It is important to note that these 2 lanes merge into one before entering the building itself. Upon attempting to move forward, I was nearly hit by a car in the right lane, who then honked at me for "cutting him off", even though my vehicle was ahead of his at this point and according to the sign the next in line per the instructions posted. The driver of this vehicle got out, knocked on my passenger window and then asked me "what are you doing, there's a line here." I told him the sign said it's alternating lanes. At which point, he identified himself as Paul Ritter, the owner of the business and proceeded to berate me in front of other people, told me that they couldn't help me and that I should leave the premises. After a little bit of arguing back and forth about how it doesn't matter if the other vehicles were there before me or not, since it's an alternating lane situation, I asked him if he was a member of the BBB, to which he said yes. After looking up this business on BBB, Mr. Ritter's business is NOT a member of the BBB, and he has therefore lied. Since, as the owner, he would have first hand knowledge of this fact, I must take this as an intentional lie and misrepresentation, amounting to fraud on his part. Despite his own business' signage, Mr Ritter refused to abide by the business practices he has posted. Rather than offer any attempt to abide by the old adage of the customer is right, Mr Ritter seemingly no longer wants to retain long standing customers. I do however, appreciate his honoring of my request for a full refund for the unused wash passes I had. Too bad he would rather lose a long time user of his business. read more

Took my car to get washed and vacuumed (it was really dirty) they washed my mats, vacuumed and washed the car. It looked great, so good in fact when I got home a few minutes later, I jumped in my mom's car and went back to have her car washed. Again they did a wonderful job on her car as well. This carwash is quick and reliable. The price is pretty good and the service is quick. There are usually a lot of people waiting, but it goes by very fast. This is a standard carwash so you do have to get out of the car to pay. You can also watch your car go through. Workers will dry and clean the inside of your car afterwards. Purchased a coupon book for full carwash and when its finished I am never coming back. Every time I come I have to speak to some and wait again to get my car vacuumed right. Even the weather tech mats they dont wash them good. Disappointed I gave up no point of talking to anyone any more I only have a few tickets left . For the price I paid should have better results. Just a heads up, if you get the VIP package, they put plastic and leather shine all over your interior leaving everything slimy and slippery. Also it takes an hour or more. Not the 30 minutes the attendant quotes. Overall good service though but the VIP package is not worth the time. Just get the top tier regular package and you're good to go. read more

I've been going here for more years that I admit I've been traveling around the sun. Overall I've been very pleased. If you feel they missed something, then bring it to their attention and they'll make it right. It's not cheap, although nothing is anymore, but when I point out that I want the door jambs cleaner or the window has streaks or they missed a spot on the dashboard they address it without complaint. Pay attention and you'll always get what you pay for. Do not be afraid to point out what you want corrected. Love the new equipment in the Ridgedale facility and frequent the hand-wash as well (for the more sensitive vehicles). I had a really great experience there. My car was completely covered in artillery fungus from parking wood chips. My car was in a really bad state. There must've been close to 1000 spores all embedded onto the paint. At first I didn't know what they were because I've never seen that kind of thing before. The people at the car wash first noticed it when I was getting my regular wash. They knew exactly what it was. I did some online research that confirmed it. Then I had to get it done. I'm telling you, they went through there and they got 99.9% off which is a lot considering that again there were hundreds of teeny tiny spores that are black on a black suv. I am thrilled. Great job. I got the express detail, about thirty minutes, $69.99. The car looked great after: Armorall throughout the interior, tires dressed, mats removed and vacuumed as well was the footwells, and a ton more things! The car looks great and honestly next time I'll probably get the full detail. One note of caution, I had bought TWO gift certificates for Sparkle and a book of car washes and found out they can no longer be used. We came to this car wash because we were in the area. I purchased the top wash at $43. The first guy I encountered tried to up sell me to the mini detail for $73. I just wanted a good wash and needed to get to an appointment, so I declined. We waited a normal amount of time for the car to be done. When I got in the car I noticed a scratch across my dash. This is an expensive car & I am pretty pissed about this but had to run. The scratch was not there before. I think Mr. Upsell must have been pissed that I declined. There was Armorall yime streaked everywhere. It wasn't distributed evenly at all & I am having a tough time trying to wipe it off. They missed areas with the vacuum. The running boards were still dirty, not even wiped down. I would expect more for the money. I will never go back to this place. read more

i took an older car to get it washed. aside from my bad at not putting the antenna down, neither did the workers which resulted in it being bent, not a big deal but then I get in the car to find the rear view mirror on the dashboard. Very disappointed in this car wash. Decided to give it a try today and left with just as much dirt on my car as when I came in. I got the complete package which is the interior vacuum and exterior wash. My car mats were removed and placed back soaking wet which attracted all the dirt of the people cleaning the car. I would have rather they didn't even touch the mats. Dirt floating around as I drove away.... My seats were soaking wet when I sat down in my car and my hood was not dried off. The bottom of my side doors were left untouched. I paid 16 dollars for this?? My fault because I didn't say anything but just wanted to get out of there at that point. Will NOT be back. Not a good start for this 'under new management' car wash. I got the silver package and they were done with my car way too fast-that should have been my first warning. They didn't vacuum properly, they just barely cleaned my rubber mats, streaks all over the glass. My wheels were still full of break dust, the front still had all the bugs, total mess. I brought it home and spend another hour properly wiping down everything. Unfortunately leaving feeling ripped off is not a good first impression. Won't be back. read more
