We gave gone here regularly since the new owners took over and are generally pleased with the quality of service provided. They are reliable and do a pretty good job and we have also used them for detailing. The one area they could improve on, is that it seems like they use the same towels car after car so the finish isn't always as clean as it could be. read more

Do not go to this car wash if you love or appreciate your car. I took my jeep and it ended up with about 100 chips on my windshield and when I spoke to the owner Mike he told me that they were not responsible since they have a sign by the tunnel that they state they are not responsible for chips. However , I didn't bring my car to the tunnel, his workers did. He told me to take it to court but that he ain't responsible . Just save the headache and go somewhere else. read more

Don't let these guys touch the inside of your car. I paid around $20 for a wash of the interior and exterior of my car. As they started the process, I witnessed them rinse off the four all weather mats in my car and just throw them on the back seat while they were still wet -- absolutely no care taken. Once the wash was complete I inspected the inside of my car and they made several stains on the leather. I had one of the men come back to the car to clean one of the stains, but I noticed a few more when I got home. I also asked if they vacuumed the inside of my car because it did not look like they did, and the employee answered "supposedly." Fine for a quick wash of your exterior, but if you care at all about the interior of your car do not come here - they obviously don't care about it. read more

This locations is always full of energetic staff working to be attentive and friendly. I have cleaned several cars at this location and have never found the cleaning to be inadequate. Worst car wash ever. We have been going here for years (before it was sparkle) and we have always had good car washes, nothing amazing but nothing bad. We would buy the books where you pay for 8 and get 11, or whatever the deal was. Today, my car was dirty. And I knew it, so I didn't use my silver package. I decided to pay the $40 something to make sure the interior seats were cleaned, really just wiped down. I asked the guy who printed the tickets if the platinum would clean my seats and he looked at them and responded "absolutely". Unfortunately to my dismay, that was not the case. When they told my my car was done I was surprised how fast it was. When I saw the results of my car wash I realized why it only took less than 5 minutes to clean the interior. The man told me "next time get the citrus cleaning for $10 extra. We normally do it, but we are too busy today". It's safe to say that there will absolutely be no next time, and I will happily take mine and my family's business to another car wash!!! We have soo many better options!!!!! read more

They charged me $22.00 for express detail and when I got back in my car there was still an empty cup and gum wrapper in my back seat and my cup holders are just as filthy as when I pulled in! This is the worst car wash I've had in years. The hood of my car was still covered in bird droppings and the mats had not been vacuumed thoroughly. They sprayed window cleaner all over the upholstery of my brand new 2013 car. I will never go back. It was the worst $15 ever spent. read more

Just had my car washed here and was pleasantly surprised. I paid extra to have my interiors cleaned and they really took the time to clean my upholstery and remove all the scuffs. I found the price to be a little high but otherwise happy with the service. read more

I was devastated today when I accidently left a significant amount of cash in my car today when I brought it to be washed and minutes later on the other end it was gone. Management was unable to prove that anyone took the money so I am out my money and more over feel violated. I know that leaving cash was my mistake but it breaks my heart that even local business people can't be trusted. Shockingly, it was also the worst car wash I've ever had. The worst car wash ever. The brake dust is still present on the wheels after they so called washed the car twice. White smudge all over the truck. The vacuumed carpets still look with plenty of dirt on them. Save your money and go to a different place. read more

I normally don't write reviews but I am making an exception for this establishment. My experience at Sparkly Car Wash was a nightmare. To start off, there establishment hasn't been updated since the 1960's. The washing system is extremely old and outdated considering the fact that there prices are comparable to other car washes that are far better equipped and updated. I ordered the "Express Detailing Service with Simonize" for $50.00 + tax and expected to get a quality service. In the end, I wound up getting my car back with a dirty interior that hadn't even had an armor all coating. When I brought it to the attention of the person servicing my car he told me that most people don't like having armor all treatment. I don't mind spending premium money for a car wash but the quality of service offered at this place is no where near what they charge. Avoid this business at all costs. I will gladly drive an extra 30 minutes to Essex County the next time I need a good car wash. Not worth $54!!!!! read more
