I tried to negotiate and the "service manager," said that's not how they do things there. Needless to say the conversation I had with him sent me to Johnson City Hyundai where I had no problems and was able to get just the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. (I feel bad for the sales person who lost out on a sale because of him.) It is impossible to get ahold of the service department. I tried calling to schedule a free service for the new vehicle I got, and I was put on hold then sent back to the automated menu where I had to press 3 for service again, and I have been stuck in this loop many times. I find it hard to even take the time to call and schedule service with them when I expect to be on the phone for half an hour. All around unethical and unprofessional dealership. If you want to buy a Hyundai, GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP.
