The rooms are small, but new carpet and appear to be recently painted. They would be much more inviting with a modern update. There is definitely a need for more rooms with king beds, as currently most rooms are 2 full sized beds. The deck is spacious and a great amenity, but they need maintenance. The screen door on ours was broken and the deck stain was rather faded on all of them. No continental breakfast or vending on site. However, the building exteriors have been recently updated with new paint & siding and metal roofing. The grounds also have recently improved landscaping and there is a small fire pit for all to share. The lake view is a highlight, request a room that offers one. I can see the vision that the owners have for the property and I look forward to a future visit, after the renovations are fully completed.
