I visited the facility to express my concerns and let them know I had never received notification of the increase, but the issue was never resolved. Then, after notifying them that I would be moving out over the holiday weekend on May 24, 2026, I hired movers to help remove my belongings. When we arrived, there was a note on the door stating that due to gate issues, customers would not be able to access the facility until regular business hours resumed. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. A simple mass text or email to customers could have prevented a lot of unnecessary stress and expense. Overall, this facility has cost me far more money and frustration than I ever expected. If I were you, I would avoid this storage facility at all costs.
