He told us the supplies had been ordered, and if they weren't in by August 8, he would have to cancel the order. We have been mostly unable to reach him, except that he admitted to having spent our money on something else, and told us he needed to do some jobs to get our money back. A month later and we can't reach him, and have gotten none of our money back.
