The Shops and Restaurants at Hudson Yards is one of the prettiest malls I have been to. Not only is…read moreit immaculate but this multi level mall has everything and anything your little heart desires. From high end shops to affordable. The most expensive starting from the main level haha. It faces the Vessel which is a honeycomb structure that you can purchase tickets and climb. Well worth it as the views would be incredible. Hudson Yards is easy to get to by subway namely the 7 train as it lets you off practically at its doorstep. My tip is to wear comfy shoes and go hungry as you will not only get your steps in but have lots of food options from casual to sit down. Indeed something for everyone. There are just too too many stores to name but if you love to shop, like myself you will be bedazzled. Ahead of schedule, I went on their website so I could plan out my day. I was definitely blown away by all my favorite stores and then some. Additionally in my opinion it's the perfect place to be on extremely hot days and whenever there's rain. Or any time of year haha. Do not miss the lower level Mercado little Spain. Here you can have a small bite, a drink, a full on meal or a sweet treat if you like Spanish foods. You have got to check it out! If you are a shopper and a foodie, this is your place!!!

Fast forward to 2026 and they have a variety of eateries and specialty shops where you can find clothes, chocolates, and eyewear. The service in many of the sit-down eateries I've visited have been great! The quick service eateries are also good options to grab something on the go. You can visit this shopping mall and easily stay for several hours depending on what you're planning on doing. The stores and restaurants vary in price-range therefore it can be economical or expensive, depending on your specific visit. It's a great place to take out-of-towners who want to see something slightly different from the views of mid-town shopping centers.

We would spend the whole weekend inside this mall with the beautiful all around glass window elevators. There were 2 on opposite ends of each other. There were many escalators though so we used those instead since they were more convenient. I loved going to this mall all the time because it was the most convenient mall near my home apart from the Queens Center mall, which was so far. I just took the train to Herald Square and the mall was connected to the MTA train station by the PATH train side. I loved JCPenney inside this mall. That was the main store inside the mall. They sold a lot of cheap and discounted clothing. I came here to try out lotions and clothing inside this mall every time I was here. I also loved the fact this mall got a McDonald's! You can never go wrong with a McDonald's inside a mall. Quick, easy, and fast! I also loved Charlotte Russe inside this mall. Lots of teenage clothing like flare jeans and tight t-shirts at discounted prices. Those were the it jeans back in the day. The jeans were always less than $20 in the store. Nothing higher than that or else everyone would not shop there. The Charlotte Russe was sitting at the bottom of the mall. Strawberry was also my store back in the days. Similar to Charlotte Russe, everything was cheap! I just had a problem with the bags though. The ink kept leaking onto my hands so that was horrible. Besides that everything else about the store was very good with the prices. Aeropostale was a true gem too and is still going pretty strong right now. I know every teenager always shop at Aero and the shirts and jeans were very popular among students. I loved their flare jeans and especially the shirts with the Aero logo. They were priced mediocre. Too bad this mall is gone and all the shops got replaced. I haven't stepped foot inside this building in so many years. I know Aeropostale is still there but as its own store. Other than that everything changed.

From the moment she greeted me, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I mentioned I was looking for new makeup for an upcoming trip, and Jeri went above and beyond. She gave me excellent recommendations, helped me put together the perfect combinations, and even taught me a few things that I'll definitely carry into my makeup routine moving forward. What stood out most was her patience and professionalism. Even in such a busy store, while working alone, she managed multiple customers flawlessly and with ease. It was honestly impressive and beautiful to watch her handle everything so smoothly without ever making anyone feel rushed. On top of that, she made sure to tell me about current promotions, which helped me save tremendously. I ended up purchasing all of her recommendations and couldn't be happier. Jeri made my shopping experience exceptional, and I will absolutely return to see her again for future purchases. Highly recommend! RR (Aruba lady)
