The bathroom upon walking in was clean and the only reason the review isn't 5 stars is because the stalls weren't clean, but hey, I guess you can't be perfect. August 3: receive email that lamp was shipped by FedEx. Call sales, same discussion and he confirms cancellation. He transfers me to customer service and she says she spoke to her manager. I can return my selection (the lamp) using a return FedEx lamp I'll be sent. August 6: lamp arrived, called customer service. "We don't usually provide FedEx return label but I've contacted the Direct Ship department. You should be contacted in a few days about the return." Seriously Raymour!!!!
