I have been going there since before it was Mo's. Thay have done a fabulous job, making it one of the premiere stops whenever I am in town. They have a pool table, where the old bar used to be. The opening of the space has provided plenty of group seating with comfortable chairs, sofas, and bench seating. They have low and high table and chairs. The back bar is relaxing and it opens up to a beautiful open patio, umbrellas by day, and stars at night. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly and the staff is genuine and warm. They have an impressive outdoor patio area with corn hole fire pits and multiple seating areas. The wait staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and the simple syrups and bitters are made in house. The cocktails have fresh lemon lime and fruit juices added. Fun place! Went on a Saturday night and they had a great band playing live music. The bartenders are extremely nice and helpful when you want some advice on what kind of drink to get. There is no food there, but you are able to order from two restaurants that are nearby, Bokeh Lounge and Sauced. We ordered an appetizer from both places and it got delivered within ten minutes, so fast! If you like fruity drinks, some good ones to try would be the Cosmo and Cucumber Basil. The best place in town for cocktails hands down! Mo's House is a true gem in Evansville. It has the feel of a big city nice cocktail bar in the heart of Haynie's Corner. The staff is always super friendly even when they're busy (I would say busiest between 9pm-11pm on Friday and Saturday). The cocktails are always amazing and I highly recommend trying something new off their menu that you haven't had. The atmosphere is super lowkey, awesome lighting, great outdoor space. Before 9 pm it is a chill environment, but if you are looking for a fun late,night hangout, Mo's might be your place. My friends talk about how great the owner is and how she is continuing to transform the downtown scene. Came here when visiting Evansville with my mom and Mo's is truly a hidden gem! The inside is so gorgeous; we sat in the back room near the patio and it is furnished/decorated in such a cool way. You have to get the Momma's Coconut Pie drink - I think about it in my dreams still, honestly. Mo herself is so cool and friendly, as is everyone else who works there. Walked in, ordered a drink, immediately had the bartender steal 10$ from me. All I had on me was two 20$ bills, I specifically pulled 40$ out of an ATM on a previous night. Gave the bartender a 20$ bill to pay for a 5$ drink, she gave me 5 1$ bills in return. I was confused and asked another bartender that I gave the bartender, who was currently busy, a 20$ but she only gave me 5$ back. The bartender then claimed that I only gave her a 10$ and that I was mistaken. I just let it go even though I know I had given them a 20$.
