I called insurance and they spoke to the manager at 150 Sunrise Highway Lindenhurst NY. and told her that I did not needed approval from insurance. Still manager said I Needed to wait. When a person is in pain just need support and I was in lot pain and that manager make my pain worst. I ended up going to Northwell in Bayshore and did my MRI same day. To the front desk manager at S&P have more compassion or get another job. Thanks someone in a lot pain in Lindenhurst.
