Before the appointment, I was given clear instructions about what time to arrive, what medications I could and couldn't take beforehand, and what I needed to bring with me. I was also able to upload a copy of my prescription/referral ahead of time and was set up with a patient portal, which made the whole process feel pretty organized. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait long past my appointment time. The waiting room and facility were clean, modern, and well maintained, and there was enough privacy while changing and getting ready for the test. The technologist explained what was going to happen beforehand and was friendly, patient, and professional throughout. The test itself was mildly uncomfortable, but they helped make it much more bearable and a lot less awkward than it could have been. I never felt rushed, and any questions I had were answered. The imaging process felt organized and efficient, and I felt like everyone knew what they were doing. The radiologist also went over the results with me during the visit and explained that they would be sent to my doctor as well, which I appreciated. I had no issues with insurance, paperwork, parking, or finding the office, and check-out was easy as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use this location again and recommend it to others.

Standard Practice for urgent or semi-urgent diagnostic evaluations require radiologist turnaround times well under 48 hours. I do need to state that I had been to an emergency room and followed up with an orthopedic MD. It was the ortho MD who ordered the MRI.I called Zwanger-Pesiri on August 21st and appointment was scheduled on August 24, 2026 at 10:15 am. The intake person sent paperwork that needed to be completed prior to testing. Sent to them with the reason the test was needed. MRI was done 8/24 10:15 am, results were reviewed by the radiologist 8/31 8:24 pm. The results showed a fracture at T7 thoracic spine. Waiting a full week for the results left me in continued pain and a potential to make the situation worse. The fault is totally with the owners, they have vague signage at the facility and on website stating there may be a delay with results. This is deliberate on the owners part. Why not post if there is a suspected acute fracture our turnaround time is one week. Would that immediately alert the potential patient to go elsewhere ? I find it interesting that I can't post this review on their website. They have an evaluation form only. The website shows positive customer reviews. I should not have been forced to use a Yelp review to educate others to be on alert. In all fairness I did call Zwanger-Peseri and spoke to Susan who did apologize for the delay. This is not acceptable practice.

Somebody is to blame stop shifting responsibility to the next party after you get paid. If you don't care for your patients don't open a Health CARE practice. Pro: new and empty Step 1: Go to Urgent Care with head back injury. Step 2: Doctor prescribes pain meds and writes a referral to go to CT SCANS. I asked them not send me to Zwanger Pesiri for Radiology tests because they wouldn't even give me medical records for 2 years. But I can't believe the robotic answers. "Sorry this is our only partner and we don't do open referrals." Then when I go to Zwanger in person with a script that is marketed for Zwanger to limit patients from going to other companies the staff tells me, "I CAN GO ANYWHERE with a Zwanger Script." Next Step 3: Get an appointment and hope the insurance, referring doctor's office and Radiology office work together to achieve AUTHORIZATION. SO WHY AM I STUCK HERE WITH AN APPOINTMENT BUT NO AUTHORIZATION. SEVERE PAIN, YET I CAN'T RETURN TO WORK. Fran said "We don't handle authorizations." I asked them not to send me to Zwanger Pesiri Radiology in the first place. That company has a horrible track record of not caring for patients. So I called Zwanger again to find out why. They said they don't have the proper clinical notes and the doctor's office AFC URGENT CARE is required to process all docs for approval. Urgent care says they don't have capabilities to handle prior authorizations. But there's a reason why. These doctors don't listen. I have had to wait over a week for a script to be sent over for authorization. If Zwanger doesn't have your back why partner? Fran said she couldn't give me a corporate number. She is a robot. I don't know if she's trained to be one.

Do not use this facility. The people that work there do not follow proper procedure. On 10/11/19 I…read morewas supposed to have an MRI with contrast. That requires a blood test first to determine if I am was a candidate for the contrast. That is not what happened. Instead, they asked me to drink the three pints of cleansing fluid. Get into the gown. Have the IV inserted into my arm, and get into the MRI machine. After I was in the MRI for 5 minutes, they pulled me out and said that they could not give me the test. The creatinine level was too high. I completed my paper work and indicated I was claustrophobic. I am sure they did not read it. The cleansing fluid gives you the runs. I had to suffer through that too and never got the test done. I also questioned the waiver they asked me to sign about the contrast. The waiver made it sound like the contrast will stay in your system for months and years. I asked to speak to the radiologist, but they would only let me speak to the technician. A doctor has to be on premises if contrast is given. They assured me that the rate of incidence was .01%. Who knows if the radiologist was even on the premises or if the technician knew what she was talking about.

Now I will say it was kind of weird walking through a mall to go have a mammogram. However the clinic itself looked like a high end medispa. From the waiting room filled with refreshments to the pretty pink robes you wear during your exam. However the best part about this place is the STAFF. Hands down the best! Mind you this was a scary process for me. After my repeat mammogram it was deemed I did needed a biopsy. Well I lost it. I broke down and was completely scared I had the "big C". The staff was so empathetic. They literally circled me and comforted me. One shared her personal scare with me and told me what to expect . Another reached out to clinic that would do biopsy to give the warm hand off. The tech herself gave me a hug and told me I would be OK. I am a very reserved person when it comes to my feelings but in that moment I was alone and scared and each one of those ladies were a girls girl. I hope they read this review and know I am appreciative for the support they gave me that day. And if any of you are curious....thankfully I am ok it was just a scare.

They have three radiation rooms and had the pleasure of being treated by most if not all of the staff. When you first see the doctor, he wants to make sure you know you have cancer and that is so important to say you have it. That is what they are there for, to eliminate the cancer.
