I don't have the blasting glare from sun in my eyes to drive during the day, and I think night driving will be ok too, I just haven't done that much of it yet. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Instead of showing any empathy or understanding, they spoke to me in a condescending and patronizing tone, telling me that I should have planned better and had gotten my glasses updated even though it took 20 phone calls to get my contacts ordered. They made me feel like I was a burden to them and that my situation was insignificant. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and callous the staff member was. Their lack of empathy and understanding was truly shocking, and I was left feeling frustrated and disheartened. But the past two times I visited, I waited a rather long time at each interval of my appointment...a long wait before my consultation with the technician, another long wait before the OD arrived, more waiting for contacts and glasses, etc. I'm patient and they were busy, so it's understandable and I still highly recommend Moses EyeCare to anyone in the area. The receptionist fully explained the contact lens rebate over and over, even though I probably should have figured it out on my own. I'm a reasonably intelligent person, but I'm easily confused by things like income tax forms, Ikea assembly instructions, and money-back rebates, so her efforts are much appreciated. Also, the optical lady miscalculated the total cost of my exam, contacts, and glasses (clearly, I could have easily done the same thing) but the receptionist corrected the mistake. I love my new "everyday" specs, and I also bought a second pair of glasses just for fun, which I'm anxiously waiting to arrive. I don't know anything about the other Moses locations, but I've been very pleased with this located in spite of the long wait and minor goof-ups.
