I contacted this company in regards to some yard clean up. The rep quoted me a price and schedule a day to preform the yard work. The day arrived and it was raining, cool no harm. Reschedule the day and again semi bad weather so rescheduled. Finally a bright sunshine day comes he states he will be at the address at 10 the next day. I text the day of approximately an hour before, no reply. About 25 minutes later I asked if he canceled, still no phone call or no reply stating he canceled or was late or anything. Not a good method to schedule something and ghost the customer the day off with no attempt to contact. read more

When it comes to appearance of back alleys behind homes, there is The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Well my alley behind my back yard was as "Ugly As an old Burnt Boot!" and truly embarrassing. I just let it go and hadn't taken care of it in a very long time. It was wildly grown over with tall weeds, desert broom and a whitethorn acacia shrubs. I just didn't have the time or the means to clean all that mess up and haul it away. Running parallel to it is the Pima Count Loop. This year the county has done such a beautiful job totally clearing the weeds and trimming brush into trees making it a visually pleasant walk, running and bike trail. It looks very well cared for. I could no longer stand how my property looked and was afraid the county would be sending me a notification to clean it up or pay a fine and still clean it up! In comes Entrust A&A Landscape and in one day it was totally spotless! Everything was cleared out, hauled off, scraped clean and it looks amazing! Just seeing how immaculate it is now, feels just like getting a brand new pair of boots! I'm extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anybody! read more

We have two different yards. Low maintenance rock/gravel with 3 trees in front and what passes for grass in the back with a lemon tree. The alley also has three large mesquite trees on our property line. We started using Entrust Landscaping a little over a year ago. Both yards and the alley were amazing when they finished. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and personalities were really top notch. They maintain communication with us at all times and inform us of any possible delays or schedule changes. do not!!!!! i mean do not waste your time- this is the most dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable company we have ever dealt within our lives..... the owner quoted us for a job - not only was it not completed but we got excuse after excuse after excuse as to why- we dealt with this total joke of a company for more than 3 weeks - nothing but excuse after excuse....they rescheduled more than 10 times and did not do the work they were paid to do. we had to hire another company to do the job! with all the other companies out there don't bother contacting them. if we could give negative stars we would. save yourself a lot of stress and heartache and keep searching....you will be glad you did! read more

Anthony and his wife came by to give me an estimate for giving our Palo Verde tree a serious trimming, blow our front yard gravel and get rid of a problematic vine in the back. He had it scheduled for the same weekend. He and his partner did a great job, and the cleanup was immaculate and the price was extremely reasonable especially for all the work they did. I have him already scheduled him for January to trim back our bushes for the winter. Anthony's wife, Ariana cleans houses. We hired A&A to do some yard cleanup on the front and back yards and the back alley. We had previously hired another company who failed to show up twice. Anthony gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and less than the company that did not show up. They arrived when they said they would and accomplished all the tasks I had asked in a very satisfactory manner. We used this company a few weeks ago for our front and back yard that have a couple of bushes and a large tree. Not to mention our back yard was covered in weeds from all the rain! They did an amazing job and got everything cleaned up and cleared out! They were easy to communicate with, schedule and very affordable! We have paid double in the past with other companies and they didn't do half as much as this company! We are so pleased that we have requested monthly service with them! Unfortunately our experience was poor. First, he was late so I never got to talk to him regarding our wishes before he started. Then I arrived back to our home to pay him and only the back yard was done. He stated that's all he quoted us for. It seemed unusual but, Okay, no biggie let's move on and get the job finished... I asked him, "How much more for our small front yard?" He said another $100 and to trim the tree we specifically wanted him out for was going to be an additional $30. So the $100 quote came to $230 now! Okay, get the job done you're here, right?! Never trimmed the tree and promised to be back on multiple occasions and then said he would not charge us for maintenance the following month. We just wanted the work done that we paid him for. We are very reasonable and fair people. He never came back, we had to hire someone else. So in other words he doesn't finish his work and wants to be paid upfront for the work he's not going to do.
