From the very first conversation, Sean was professional, courteous, and so easy to work with. He went above and beyond, helping us create a detailed shopping list for all the liquor, coordinating with us on the setup, and working together to design two signature cocktails that reflected our personalities. I had a pretty unusual drink choice for the bride's cocktail, but Sean was more than willing to experiment and make it perfect, and it turned out amazing! We initially thought about just hiring a bartender, but I'm so glad we decided to go with the full bar cart experience instead. The Rolling Tippler added such a special and stylish touch to our celebration. The setup looked incredible in our backyard and immediately became a conversation piece. Guests couldn't stop taking photos, talking about how cool the cart was, and raving about the drinks. Sean kept up effortlessly with around 50 drinking-age guests, mixing consistently great (and strong!) cocktails while maintaining such a friendly, upbeat energy. The whole night ran smoothly, as Nick's team tirelessly worked behind the scenes in a tight kitchen space to ensure my guests had everything they needed at the exact time they needed it. His waitstaff were efficient and professional. His bartender won over our friends with his awesome sense of humor. At the end of the night, they packed up a box full of leftovers that we took to our Airbnb, and we finally got to eat our amazing dinner. Those leftovers lasted us another week after the wedding, and I was so sad to eat the last bit, knowing we'd never get to eat our wedding food again.
