I describe Sagaponack as an Asian seafood fusion restaurant. I had their chili lobster roll and their seafood papperdelle. As someone who loves lobsters and lobster rolls, I was interested to try Sagaponack's lobster roll and I was glad to! However, I did feel like the pappardelle was a bit bland.

Came here for the happy hour, and was not disappointed. The establishment is nice, dark, and classy, with a full bar. I was seated at the bar, where the bartender provided service quickly and efficiently. The bartender was EXTREMELY KIND to everyone. I ordered a dozen oysters (at a dollar each) and it did not disappoint- plenty of lemons, and cocktail sauce. The cheap happy hour wine tasted cheap, but honestly could not complain given the prices during happy hour. Would recommend this place as a good establishment to get dollar oysters and happy hour!

Fantastic experience at Sagaponack for dinner. Unfortunately we missed the happy hour specials as we arrived at 6:30pm however my friend was able to grab a drink from hh before it ended. First the restaurant is cozy it has two floors we were seated at the back on the first floor. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share, oyster (east and west coast), shishito peppers, gambas from apps and two mains to share, the seafood pasta and the octopus polenta. All of the dishes were absolutely delicious! I cannot comment on the oysters because I am preggie again with our 2nd baby however my friends said they were very fresh. I loved the flavors and the seafood pasta has a wonderful spicy kick to it! And we were all saying how amazing the octopus was! Excellent great portion too. We asked our server to break out our courses so the food arrives in multiple courses. Boy did they really do that! We ended up staying at the restaurant for 3 hours! Chatting and catching up. And the service did not once ask us to leave or anything! I love restaurants that respect this. The service was excellent! And for dessert we ordered the crème brûlée and since it was my birthday they gifted us another dessert which I was very nice of this. Overall would 100% recommend and will absolutely come back to Sagaponack! Fresh seafood, great service, such a gem !

I've had Sagaponack on my list to try for five years and I finally got the chance to come for dinner. We made a reservation a few days in advance and it's good that we did since it was pretty busy on Friday at 6pm. I think they have an incredible happy hour (it goes until 6:30pm Monday through Saturday which is pretty generous) and they have $1 oysters from Peconic Bay, NY. There's two floors as well as bar seating and table seating. I liked sitting near the entrance with a view outside the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and helped us narrow down our entree picks. From the happy hour menu, we ordered the oysters and shishito peppers (the oysters were small but that's expected and the shishito peppers were SOOO good). For entrees, we shared the gochujang seafood pappardelle and the branzino. I thought the branzino dish was AMAZING. From the roasted cherry tomatoes to the creamy mushroom orzo to the grilled asparagus to the steaming hot branzino, this dish was one to remember. The gochujang noodles were fine, but just not as good as the branzino in my opinion. I will def be back to try other things on the menu like their crab roll!

Happy hour is the best. I keep going back for those oyster. Maybe my fave spot for oysters. Busy after 5pm, always a lively crowd.

Had this place bookmarked for over a year! My goal for the rest of the year is to not discover new places but to check off the ones on my list already. I started with this place and for the small bites I had I'm glad I came. It's a nice quiet place looks small in the front but once you walk to the back it's a more open layout! Now to what I came for the food! Was pleasantly surprised that happy hour was on a Saturday till 6:30 keep in mind the kitchen will be closed!!! So you can get small bites ONLY! The girl at the bar was sweet and knew her way around! I got all the oyster options and the fries I did not like the flavor profile of the 2 cooked oysters but the raw ones were my absolute fave! Will be back to the crab roll! And other dinner menu items

The oyster happy hour is absolutely worth it, the oysters were fresh and clean, and the oyster and shrimp combo was a standout. The shishito peppers were another must-order, perfectly blistered and addictive. Drinks were fine. Nothing mind-blowing, but very fair for happy hour pricing. Overall, a strong go-to for seafood snacks and casual drinks. Definitely recommend stopping in for HH. Service was a little slow but solid.

Came here for restaurant week pri-fixe menu! Good seafood options ranging from oysters to the tartare :) I will say that the lobster roll was a bit of a disappointment...wish the lobster meat was more prominent

Came here for their lunch and was happy to discover they also had happy hour on Saturday! Of course we had to get their happy hour oysters and also ordered their fluke tartare which was the best thing I've had. You get the creaminess from the coconut milk/cream, crunchiness from the almonds, and popping sensations from the tobiko - I would come back here just for this dish. The contrasting textures and flavors makes it so fun to eat. We also got their blackened salmon sandwich and soft shell crab sandwich which were both solid. Wasn't too impressed with their drinks - lychee spritz just tasted like lime and prosecco. Our server (I forget her name) was super sweet and attentive. Made the whole dining experience that much better.

A little disappointed with the food here. I came in for happy hour and tried the oysters, but they were a bit small for my liking. I also ordered the lobster roll with a side salad and parm fries--honestly, the salad ended up being the best part of the meal. The service and ambiance weren't bad--the staff was attentive and checked in often.

Great happy hour deals here! Love the $1 oysters & $1 shrimp cocktail - both capped at 12 per person.

This has to be the BEST happy hours in the city. $1 oysters just in time for spring/summer. They also have other food and cocktail specials, such as Parmesan fries and lychee spritz. Great place for a date night!!

Do a city-event tie-in, a holiday takeover, literally anything that makes it feel alive instead of just... existing. Because right now it feels like a missed opportunity wearing a cute outfit. BUT--let's talk about the one thing they absolutely did not fumble: the view. The VIEW??? Insane. Genuinely stunning. The kind of view that makes you pause mid-sentence and remember you're in New York and not just spiraling in your own life choices. It's carrying the entire experience on its back, respectfully. So yeah. I'd come back... but mostly for the view and the potential. If they ever decide to actually do something with this space? It could be dangerous (in a good way). Until then, it's vibes... just not fully realized ones.
