We came here for Father's day. Service was excellent and food was delicious. They have a little outdoor area if you want to eat outside. My fave dish we had was the chicken milanese.

The Jameson's has now been converted (for a lack of better terms) into Post & Union. I am definitely not complaining about it as I went during HH & was quite impressed by the options provided. I ordered a speciality cocktail (something with gin forgetting the name). & the mussels in lobster cream along with the crispy burrata. The drink was strong & refreshing. The mussels were great as well- I just wish some bread was given to dip into that creamy sauce but I feel if I had asked (which I did not lol), they would've been happy to give me some. Now, the crispy burrata was great & definitely a must order in my eyes. The red sauce is a bit sweeter than I would've liked but the burrata itself is quite tasty, I haven't had crispy burrata in a hot minute & I am glad they do it here. All in all, glad to have this place in the neighborhood.

Short rib mac and cheese

Food is great, the short rib mac and cheese and the Guinness soup are my go to's, but if you don't get Susan as your waitress you are screwed. Every waiter is always frazzled and they have way too many tables and not enough servers.

I finally visited a sister restaurant of Luigi's located across the street from the Floral Park…read moreTrain Station. The ambiance appears to be bigger than Luigi's and it's always busy/packed. Reservations are highly recommended. A lot of my mom friends rave about this place and I got to dine here twice with them, once for brunch and the other for dinner. The first time I came here was with my child for brunch. I got a mocktail and we ordered chicken and waffles along the unadvertised kids menu containing chicken fingers and fries. Portions for both dishes were generous and took home the leftovers. We also shared the Brussels sprouts and the infamois complimentary bread, which were really good. The second and most recent time we went was for dinner with the a huge group of moms. We shared the Caesar salad, Brussels sprouts, and general two's cauliflower, which was amazing. I had the red sangria and a taste of the Huckleberry lemonade, drinks were strong. For the entrees I ordered the salmon and once again portion was huge, took it home and the hubby ate the leftovers. Other moms ordered the frose, spicy paloma, le poulet and spicy Rigatoni. At the end we had key lime pie which tasted great but I was too full to finish it. I'll be coming to this spot more often because of great company and food!

This one is every ounce of what they market online. The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. Inside is amazing. There's even plenty of parking near the local train station. The marketing team did an outstanding job representing this restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

After visiting for brunch today, I'm excited to be able to update my review with a full five stars…read more- Swing the Teapot is officially one of my local favorites! I had the tea experience with Black Velvet and it was just what I needed. I'll admit that the licorice and peppermint were very faint, but it was still a tasty tea and sharing a large pot with my partner, we finished the whole thing. My MIL loved her ginger peach tea, and my friends each enjoyed theirs, one getting his go-to peppermint and the other trying the red raspberry and remarking in how pleased she was with her choice. Lesson learned- if you come here and DON'T get tea (with the adorable teapot, teacup and saucer, all charmingly mismatched) you're doing it wrong. Because I'm weird, I just ordered the Irish soda bread with a dish of whipped cream as a "light" breakfast, and I appreciated that the server humored me to the fullest. My partner had a blueberry muffin that he was super pleased with, probably his favorite that he's found in the area so far. My MIL unabashedly devoured her chicken salad sandwich and the potato salad it came with - usually she's picky so that's quite the endorsement. The avocado toast and burger that my friends ordered all looked fantastic too. Great service, delicious food and tea, and very good prices- next visit will be for the live music!

No pictures of the apple pie, it was devoured in conversation before I could take a picture.

I went into Chopt today 7/4 and had a totally different experience. The young lady was bending down, when she looked up and saw me, she gave a look of being surprised with a smile. She greeted me and offered her assistance. I ordered the southwest salad, she offered me to select another protein because the steak was finished. She also allowed me to omit the corn and substitute it with olives. She was very pleasant and helpful. .. her name is Janeiry. What an exceptional employee. The restaurant's ambiance was wonderful, with several spacious dining rooms that each had their own charm. We chose to dine on the outdoor patio, which felt like a rooftop restaurant in the city, with beautiful trees creating a canopy overhead. Loved the vibe ! Our party of four started with the escargot and clams. While I don't personally eat escargot, the others at the table thoroughly enjoyed it. For my entrée, I ordered the mahi-mahi with mango, which was phenomenal--extremely fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The other guests raved about the halibut in lobster sauce and the potato-crusted grouper. I finished with the carrot cake, and all though I was full proceeded to finish entirely because it was that good! A special mention goes to our waitress, Michelle, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout the evening. She even brought extra crostini so the table could enjoy every last bit of the escargot sauce. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we look forward to returning.

While waiting at the bar for a friend to arrive, I was swarmed by fruit flies, which should have been my first warning sign. The pours at the bar were skimpy, but I tried to shake it off once we got our table. The service there was actually friendly, and our server proudly told us the duck was a top seller, so we ordered it along with a salad and a fish dish. Most of what came out of the kitchen was diner quality at best--nothing special, but not offensive. The duck, however, was a disaster. It tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting in a freezer for months before being rushed through a fryer. The meat was fried to a dry, brittle crisp, and the only flavor came from a cloying sweet duck sauce slapped on top. No richness, no tenderness, no redeeming qualities. We absolutely hated our meal and the entire time we spent there. I can't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about what they eat.

The tacos themselves are solid, but the queso really steals the show--easily my favorite part of the meal. Everything is fresh, filling, and perfect for a quick post-work bite. Other customers and my friends recommend the Chopped Cheese Taco and the "Shroom" (shrimp and mushroom) taco. They also serve fun fusion items like a pizza/quesadilla hybrid. Don't skip the churros or their extensive fruit-flavored margarita menu. This recent time that we visited my wife and I ordered the 2 taco combo, I opted for the cod club taco and my wife chose the shrimp club taco with guacamole and chips as the side. The cod club taco has a very good balance of textures and flavors. It delivers an initial crunch from a golden-brown, battered white fish followed by tender, flaky meat seasoned with earthy spices. This is perfectly offset by a crisp, tangy cabbage/lettuce slaw and a rich, creamy, citrusy lime crema or chipotle sauce. The churros can be described as warm, crispy on the outside, and incredibly soft on the inside. They feature a generous, gooey caramel (dulce de leche) filling and are heavily dusted with sweet cinnamon sugar. Every order has an option with a side of mini Nutella for dipping. The fast-casual, dine-in setting can be described as energetic and bustling, with helpful staff available for recommendations. Delivery orders placed via third-party apps have some issues which may include cold food, long wait times, or missing items. This is a very good place to have tacos, their variety of tacos are well-thought of, making it delicious and flavorful.

We also shared a Pita Chicken Gyro, the chicken was well-seasoned, the pita bread was soft and freshly baked, and all of it combined made each bite enjoyable. We couldn't leave without trying dessert, so we ordered the Orange Cake. At first, the texture hit differently; if I can compare it to anything, it would be close to bread pudding - it was moist but not overly wet. After the first bite, we didn't want to stop eating it. The flavors were divine. Our server, Jocelyn was a tremendous help; she was personable, attentive, and thoughtful, considering our needs before we even asked.
