Beautiful office and excellent staff. No insurance problems and friendly staff except in eye glasses section. Wound up going to Costco because no one would even acknowledge my presence in the eyeglasses section of the business. read more

First time I have been here. I had an eye issue that has existed for a year. My regular personal physician prescribed two Medications & then COVID 19 Locked everyone down. My issue became worse so Recently I Googled a Ophthalmologist & found this office after another one Never gave me an appointment. I called & spoke with Jan, Explaining my situation she took my number & said they had availability... however she would have someone call me back because she was short handed. A few hours later I called back, she apologized & put me with Maria who got me in fast in a few days even after someone snatched up the appointment she was working on giving me. She even told me before I hung up how much $ for a No insurance visit. I went online as instructed to fill out my information with no problem & quickly received a text confirmation. I went to the front & was greeted by a friendly female who took my temperature asked a few Covid questions & verified my appointment. She sent me to the door where a friendly receptionist checked me in & took my payment. I was allowed to sit on a chair, each safely spread apart....as a patient was called workers would place a (Needs to be cleaned note) on the used chair & a worker would come shortly & spray down the chair. Wow!! That made me feel safe. I was called into a room where a male worker asked me everything he needed to know about my eye issue. He was so understanding & friendly. I was sent to another waiting area where he made sure my chair was cleaned. I was later called into another room where I waited for Dc Pham. When she came in she reassured me after reading my statement taken she already had an idea what my issue was, still asking me to tell her how I felt & took a look at my eyes to confirm my condition. She explained Everything in great detail. I am so happy to finally get answers. She was so understanding , made so much sense & helped me to know what is expected of me. My prescription was easily sent to my pharmacy. One complaint is I waited from the time I arrived in total 1 hour & 25 mins till I seen the Doctor. So in total 1 hour & 45 mins here at this office. I wish I knew it would be this long to prepare a head of time. This facility is obviously spotless! As well as the restroom. Great parking. Im great full I found this Eye center. read more

I knew I had cataracts about 20 years ago. They remained very stable until last year. All of a sudden, I realized my vision had declined markedly. My optometrist said it was too early to have surgery on them Since I was starting to feel unsafe when driving, I asked my PCP for a referral to an ophthalmologist. He recommended Dr. Mosier. I had a very thorough exam, and Dr. Mosier agreed it was time for the surgery. Staff gave great explanations of all the appointments needed, scheduled both eyes to be done a month apart. I was very creeped out about eye surgery, but it was great. Painless, I felt very well cared for at St. Jude out patient surgery. Dr. Mosier was very kind, and did a great job. As soon as I left the hospital, I was amazed at how faded colors had become due to the cataracts. Easy recovery, and I was eager to do the second eye. It went well, and I am super happy with my vision now. read more

I have excellent care with Dr Mosier. I would highly recommend him. However, the wait can take an hour to finally see the doctor. My last visit was cut in half so I believe there is a recognition that wait time has to be reduced. read more

Dr. Mosier took great care of our family for years but now we are shuffled off to other staff that cannot hold a candle to his care. The front desk staff has always been, in a nutshell, a bit curt. Receptionists there have famously been rude which is the common consensus of the over-filled waiting room full pf patients. However, once again, Dr. Mosier himself has always been the heaven-sent healthcare professional we needed. We have always appreciated him so much that we just put up with his staff... until now. My husband and I both go to Mosier Eye Center and have been for years. We are more than happy with our care and have never had any complaints. The office staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. I see Dr. Mosier and he is always caring, thorough and competent, my husband feels the same with the doctors he sees in the office. I loved Dr. Hancock!! I have been wearing glasses since I was in third grade and up until last week they asked me if I can see my numbers good. Dr. Hancock took her time to on checking my eyes and gave me an excellent RX for my glasses. My numbers are very clear now and I do not have to struggle looking at them. Then I was taken to the area where they have the glasses there I was assisted by Erika. Let me tell you she was amazing, she helped me pick several frames and actually help get ones that fit my face very good. She listen to what I wanted. Mai Pham, M.D. is a warm, caring and excellent eye doctor. Her education and experience puts her at the top of her profession. She really cares about all her patients and after the exam she sits down and explains everything clearly and invites any questions you may have. I am always nervous during exams but she immediately sensed that and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I went to this practice for years, and also took my kids there. However, at some point the doctors I'd been seeing retired and I was seen by Dr. Hancock instead. My experience with her was pretty bad. I'd come in with a specific problem, which was inability to focus on a computer screen over the tops of my bifocals, late in the day when my eyes were tired. She tested my vision, told me my current prescription was fine and I didn't have a problem. Totally dismissive. I had to go elsewhere to get the easy and obvious fix for my problem, which was a slightly different prescription for a pair of glasses for desk work. read more

I'm impressed with the medical staff. I'm not impressed with the scheduling system. The system is broken. We've driven there with a confirmation online and no record when we arrived. Bummer. read more

The entire staff at Mosier Eye Center are all friendly and professional.  Dr. Pham, my mom's ophthalmologist is amazing! I highly recommend her!  She performed my mom's cataract eye surgeries with the utmost care, patience, and expertise. My mom was nervous at first but that soon faded under Dr. Pham's special care.   I also highly recommend Amanda, who answered all of my pre-surgery cataract questions. I have visited Mosier Eye Center several times. This time I was there to have my eyes checked for new glasses. The doctor was thorough and helpful. The selection of glasses was nice. I ordered 2 pairs. One for everyday and one pair of sunglasses. They arrived within 2 weeks. I'm pleased with the glasses. read more

I've been going to Mosier Eye Center for years and am happy with their friendly professional doctors, optometrists, opticians and staff. They competently perform vision tests and a full array of eye tests, exams and treatments. They also have a nice selection of glasses. My only occasional complaint is that they sometimes seem to schedule too many people in a given timeframe which can cause longer wait times. read more

I scheduled my appointment as a Jew patient well in advance, I took the day off of work in anticipation of my appointment, then was called a couple hours before telling me they had to reschedule. I was also chastised by the receptionist for not having filled out the paperwork online beforehand. Nosier eye center completely wasted my day and then had the audacity to tell me that I had to get my paperwork submitted well in advance. Never going here read more

Have been going to Mosier Eye Center for years. The care has been excellent but the waits in the waiting rooms can total an hour. One has to be prepared with book or phone to wait it out. Business is obviously booming as the waiting room is usually full. I do highly recommend the care. read more

Mosier Eye Center saved me when I had shingles on the left side of my face including my left eye. Since then I have been diagnosed with severe dry eye and again Mosier Eye Center has saved me. Dr. Pham is wonderful. So understanding of my needs. By putting me on a regimen of eye drops etc. I had beautiful blue eyes for my daughters wedding day - not the crusty red ones I had been dealing with. All doctors, nurses and technicians are all excellent, superior judgment and provide excellent care. My fundamental issues are with management. God forbid you miss your appointment. They will be glad charge senior citizens no show fee. In my case, senior is beyond 90 there expectation you need to show up whether its 105 degrees outside or raining heavily. The expect you cancel 48 hours before the appointment. The weather service are not consistently accurate to known what the weather will be. They make no exception. THEY NEED THE MONEY or they don't care about senior citizens. No matter how insignificant is the amount they want their late fee paid. The management and policies need to be changed. Presently, I can do without their poor customer service. I find another office and locate same doctor elsewhere. I rather pay more than deal with this office. read more

Dr Mosier is GOAT! And the technicians are quite good and professional. But his Front-desk staff is absolutely the WORST EVER! Attitude of staff behind the front desk are rude to the patients (made me think that's the way they treat the elderly, since most of the patients are seniors.) The waiting time for appointment has always been excessive, I've been with Dr. Mosier for 10 years or more and every time I'd to wait over 1 to 2 hours beyond the appointment time. The Office Manager, when confronted, actually told me to go to another eye doctor!! Is Dr too busy that she is turning clients away! Need to overhaul the entire Front Office!!! read more
