Regina helped us through the entire process and was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I'll preface by saying that I have very high expectations when it comes to the thoroughness of our optometrist. My brother-in-law is an optometrist in Northern California, so finding a dependable local doctor when we can't make the trip up there was important to me. Dr. Tran was wonderful -- warm, informative, and extremely thorough, even beyond my expectations. The office technology is top-notch and very modern, with nearly everything digitized. You complete several tests before seeing the doctor, and she takes the time to personally review the results with you. We specifically chose Dr. Tran because of her expertise with CRT lenses. My daughters use CRT lenses, so I needed someone with the proper topography equipment to ensure the lenses were fitting and functioning effectively. I also asked about replacement lenses and follow-up costs, and their pricing was very competitive compared to several offices I contacted in Yorba Linda. Most importantly, my daughters were genuinely impressed by how kind everyone was. The staff offered drinks and snacks while they waited, which made the experience comfortable and welcoming. I brought my mom to Omni Optometry after her cataract surgery because she needed a new pair of glasses, and we had a wonderful experience. The office is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and welcoming. It's much larger than the optometry office my mom previously went to, which made the entire visit feel comfortable and relaxing. Regina was the first person we met, and she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. My mom had a difficult time deciding which frames she wanted, and Regina took the time to go over the costs and options for every frame my mom was interested in. She never made us feel rushed. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with when we made the appointment. Dr. Tran was equally amazing. She was thorough, patient, and very detail oriented. She recommended that my mom undergo a glaucoma screening, which we did, and thankfully everything turned out fine. We were grateful for her attentiveness and proactive approach to my mom's eye health. Dr. Tran also spent a great deal of time making sure my mom could see as well as possible with her new glasses after cataract surgery. My mom sometimes avoids wearing her glasses even though her vision is poor because she gets dizzy easily. Dr. Tran took the time to carefully assess her vision and make sure her prescription and glasses would work well for her needs. Dr. Tran was amazing with my 5yo daughter! She has amblyopia and astigmatism in one eye, so she requires eye patch therapy on her stronger eye. Although this is a daunting task for such a young child, Dr. Tran offered us a lot of support and reassurance. Not only was the eye exam extremely thorough and informative, but my daughter actually had fun doing it. They had a ton of cute kids frames, my daughter found her perfect pair. She told me that she prefers Dr. Tran to the previous optometrist, so I guess she's a keeper! The best experience and most thorough eye exam I've ever had! Dr. Tran is literally the best and so knowledgeable. She's super thorough in her assessment and takes time to explain everything. She works with you to ensure that not only is your prescription corrective, but also comfortable- THIS really was the game changer for me because what good are new glasses if they immediately tire your eyes out?! On top of that, the aesthetic of the space is beautiful and you can tell a lot of thought went into designing it. They had top-of-the-line equipment and technology. The staff are super sweet and patient in walking you through the exams. Our whole family came for our eye exams last Saturday, and we were so impressed with Dr. Tran! She's incredibly knowledgeable and provided each of us with a thorough and detailed eye exam. What was once just an errand has now become a pleasant experience, thanks to her care and expertise. We especially loved that we could schedule our appointments for Saturday morning--our previous optometrist didn't offer weekend hours, so we always had to rush after work to fit in our eye exams. Dr. Tran's team, including her friendly and accommodating eye technicians, made us feel right at home. The kids (ages 4, 8, 10, and 12) were thrilled to have access to a snack menu while waiting, and I really appreciated how Dr. Tran took the time to explain each child's exam results.
