After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). The products he uses have been effective for my carpenter ant and hornet issues. We had a very wet spring, which may have impacted the ant treatment. He came back out to re-apply at no charge to me, and said that the product was under warranty. Then, on top of all of this, he's very transparent about the services. What they will do, what they won't do, and is honest about recommendations that make sense for the consumer, rather than attempting to tack on unnecessary services. YIKES. No one wants to share their home with squirrels, let alone worry about the damage they could be doing between walls where no one can access them easily. Skunk removal perfected! Great service. Great price. Todd is so nice and helpful. He came to the…read morehouse quickly, set up the trap near the shed (where i had seen the skunk) and that night the trap went off! Todd came right away and checked the trap. Turned out to be an opossum... so he released that since they are good for eating ticks. Todd said that the opossum would live in that hole and the skunk must be somewhere else. I tracked the skunk's movements over a couple days and found another hole the skunk looked to be going into (old ground hog hole). Once again, Todd came right over and within a few hours we had the skunk. Again, Todd came back over that same day and took the skunk away to go live at a better skunk place! After our dog getting sprayed, we're so happy to be rid of that skunky pest! Thanks Todd!

They even arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which I thought was great. They were extremely thorough - going through my entire house (large 2 family) with a fine tooth comb. They identified and closed up a few trouble areas and strategically laid down bait to ensure effectiveness. Although they offer a few month warranty (I believe 6 months), I never needed it. Never saw another mouse or mice droppings after a week of allowing them to access the bait. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs relief from rodents.
