Well I have now called twice and today was my third time calling that I set up an appointment for…read morethem to spray our yard for the 6-month package and then have them come out and explain the packages and look around and make recommendation. They never showed up when I call back today it was nobody to talk to. I ended up having a chat on a live chat and she told me that the reason they didn't show up is because they didn't offer the lawn service in New Hampshire and so they canceled it but never told me and when they cancel that they also canceled the initial review and sit down about the product. At this point in time I'm thinking maybe I should just find somebody else especially after looking at the reviews. If I haven't even had to deal with them in person yet and this is the kind of service I get if they can't even show up then I guess they're not reliable.

So this year I had another rat (construction work going on on Rte 93 and digging up so rats are being moved from there natural habitats) anyway This time it's like pulling teeth to get them to come out, very disappointing, I have to call them every week to make sure they come.
