He was incredibly responsive to texts, and even called me to discuss the pictures of dead/alive ants I sent him and ask questions. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work!
