They don't require masks for customers, but as of July 2022 the staff were still wearing masks. They also ask you to wash your hands immediately upon walking in, before touching anything. They have massage chairs and the pedicures are always very relaxing. They have a good selection of colors, even if you are getting regular polish and not gel.
